This is a really poor company providing poor quality guards who offer a very poor service to their customers.Guards are unable to follow simple instructions or do not understand basic commands.I have to rate 1 star as there is not an option for less.Management are arrogant and have no man management skills.Directors probably don't know or care how bad the service they provide is.Staff are treated unfairly and they do not honour TUPE rules when transferring from other companies.Morrison who has the misfortune of employing this company for the next contractual period are already suffering from their dire service.I WANT TO LEAVE ON A POSITIVE so will say i have now given notice because i do not want to be tarnished by there poor performance.
