Worked for kingdom, for about 2 months and i would not reccomend kingdom to anyone who is new to security. Absolutely dreadful company the best day was when i handed in my notice woth immediate effect!! Now in a far better place working for a far better company who are far far better than this company who are growing stronger everyday and potentially will take over loads of stores more than kingdom will ever do
.

When i worked for kingdom, at morrisons one of the store managers expected me to stop a shoplifter without 100% ascone and got funny because i refused to stop him as i did not see it. clearly thick as day because retail security officers cannot stop a shoplifter on 3rd party information unless a security officer has 100% ascone on that person totally had no brains kingdom and morrisons blatantly have no idea what ascone is maybe they would like me to explain clearly.

N = non payment
E = exit

You can only arrest a shoplifter once you have this all no 3rd party information utter dumb arses.
Also expected me to stop a customer as he put a bottle of vodka in his carrier bag you still cant tell them or ask them to take it out of their bag as they could pay for it or dump it.
