As a previous employee of Kingdom, I would not recommend them to anyone. They under pay you massively then try to argue with you saying you never worked the hours your claiming even though you send proof from your rosta of the hours they gave you which you can not change. They also consistently cancel and change your shifts without telling you or giving you notification, you can literally wake up at half 4 to get to site for half 6 your shift will be there showing on rosta and then by the time you get to site and try to clock on they have cancelled your shift without telling you, then when you ring they tell you to go home with no pay but then have the nerve to call you a few hours later asking you to cover a shift at either that site or a different site. Also everyone that works here are snakes the managers only ever take 1 side of a story rather than 2 even though what they are saying you was not even in the country at the time let alone work. When you try to fix issues you get passed from pillar to post or the managers read your messages but decide not to answer you because they know they are wrong and they cant back up what they have done. Consistently changing your contracts illegally as well; then when you try to resolve it they try anything they can to get rid of you acas have threatened to close them down multiple times. Would seriously not recommend them ACAS have been informed again. I have alot of proof to back everything I have stated as well before anyone tries to say otherwise.
