Up until just over a fortnight ago I had never heard of this company. I was issued a fine in my local supermarket car park for 'littering'. However' I politely protested to the manager of the supermarket and created a bit of a stir on my local facebook forum when I discovered that it was likely Kingdom Security did not have authorisation to issue FPNs on the car park, as they had not sought prior permission from the landowner. Well, the manager enquired and it was true that they did not have permission, and have been issuing fines ILLEGALLY. Apart from that, the woman that fined me used her body as a barrier to detain me in my car.....unbelievable. They are crooks.
