My partner recently got a job with this company. He applied for a certain place with permanent hours with a 12 hour 4 on 4 off shift pattern which suited us. He turns up on his first day and nobody knew who he was and from then on its been a shambles. After working for 2 weeks he was told not to come in because they haven't sorted a Rota out for him. He was off work for a week unpaid. They then decided to come clean and say there was no job at the site he applied for so moved him to a different site. He was messed arround for another few weeks.They have now decided everyone's going on a zero hours contract. This company messes you about messes arround with people lives and is a total disgrace
