Very rude on the phone, dismissive 'couldn't care less' attitude, zero customer service. I waited 2 weeks after phone call after phone call trying to find out what the outcome of my video call was. 2 weeks is far too long for any recruitment agency to be in touch especially when they are actively advertising jobs in your area. Shoddy business not even sure if it is a legit company as no professionalism whatsoever and very bad attitudes especially Beth. Avoid at all costs, it's easier just to go direct to the employer or with another agency especially if you live in Manchester and there are jobs left, right and centre. A word of advice to Kingdom Recruitment - You snooze you loose and some basic customer service training would be beneficial.
