Went to Morrisons at New Brighton, had an 9 week old puppy in my wife's arms. Tool who was working the door blocked the way saying you're not coming in, don't care if its on a lead or in your arms you're still not coming in. As my wife was turning away this tool turned to his colleague and said "they think they can do what they ******* want, and smirked. My wife retaliated using the same language. The tool working at the door, with dark hair, needs to be retrained in customer service before he says the wrong thing, to the wrong person, at the wrong time. Unless of course this is how Kingdom train their staff, I have seen first hand how they used to "enforce" their environment fines around Wirral, gladly Wirral Borough Council no longer use their services. Wirral is a nicer and cleaner place without Kingdom being part of it.
