Had my brand new laptop shipped directly to Kenny's shop to have adware removed and the hard drive formatted. Laptop runs better than I ever could've imagined. Kenny and his staff are friendly, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommended !!!

I've been coming here for a number of years and I feel very comfortable coming here. trustfulness. I feel protecting giving them my computer. Their service has always been golden.

I had built and published a website using software that I found particularly user-friendly. Soon after, the laptop I had used to create the site went missing. Fortunately I had created a backup of the site on a flash drive. I purchased a new laptop, with a much higher resolution, downloaded the site-builder software and opened the bkup file only to find that it would not open properly on the new PC making it impossible for me to update my site. While tech support for the software was initially helpful, when I finally asked them to test the file on a laptop with the same resolution as mine they stopped communicating with me.

A month ago I had taken my laptop to Kenny P for servicing based on a recommendation from a friend. Since tech support was no longer going to assist me I decided to email Kenny, explaining the situation in detail. I was surprised when Kenny responded to me almost immediately. He confirmed my suspicions that the problem is likely with the software not being compatible with the high resolution on my PC.

I now have the confidence to contact and confront management and insist they test the file on other Hi Res PC.s.

All I can say it this guy is great. He hears you, he understands you, he listens and he responds. I will be a life-long client. Kenny P's should be the first and perhaps last place you need to go for help.

I live on an island where he don't have any qualified computer repair companies and my laptop crashed and I was dead in the water. Based on what turned out to be a great recommendation from a friend I called Kenny P and wanted to fly him down to the islands to help me out because I was in a panic. He could sense my stress level and he dropped what he was doing and worked with me over the phone and via the web. Initially I was ready to fly him down and buy 2 new laptops and a new server. By the time Kenny calmed me down and saved my life he had also saved me thousands of dollars. He gave me a less expensive backup solution that actually fit my needs better than what I would have received with a costly new server. Kenny thank you for all of your time and advice, keep being the honest guy that you are, it will come back to you tenfold in the future.

If you use any other computer service you are making a mistake. I had taken my computer to multiple other repair companies and they all said I needed to buy a new computer. The most honest computer service company I have ever seen. I run a digital marketing agency so my computer is my livelihood. One morning my desktop decided to give me the black screen of death. I was freaking out. Being new to Hollywood area I have done a search and found them and I am so thankful that I did. I took my computer in they diagnosed it and found out that it was grime and mildew that caused my graphics card to malfunction. I went a bought a card they installed it and also cleaned up my whole computer. They only charged me $25 this is unbelievable honesty and integrity. I am a customer for life now. I am going to have them build me a brand new system. These guys are awesome I wish I can give more than 5 stars

So my dad decided he wanted to go on xxx sights an download music on his hp. My mom called hp support tech for help . after about 6 hours on the phone the support guy literally said better off using it as a paper weight. I was furious . I took the lap top to computer service by kenny p an two days later got my dad laptop back better than new. At a very good price. I took my computer to Kenny a while back after contracting a terrible virus (I know, I'm an idiot). The virus pretty much blocked me from accessing all of my programs after start up and preventing me from opening task manager. After taking my computer to Kenny, my computer worked better than ever. He was really affordable and made sure to go the extra mile by cleaning up my computer and installing a free anti-virus software on it. I would recommend Kenny over any of the computer repair shops in Hollywood. He is a down to Earth guy who is in the business for passion and not money.

Their team was able to remote in and solve my problem, as well as advise on how to improve overall performance long term. Knowledgeable staff and owner, with great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best computer shop I've ever been to. They care about their customers and will give many good tips on keeping your computer running well and answering questions so that the average person can understand. Their prices are very fair and they don't charge tax either. They also go the extra mile in providing free follow up if you have further questions afterwards. Also got good tips on which computer and software to purchase when that time comes. But it shouldn't come for a while since my computer is running like brand new..

Whoa! Would you believe me if I told you he fixed my computer without even touching it?!? I called a couple different companies and the ones that answered my question thought I was a genius and understood all the terminology. No, I am not a computer whiz, and don't understand half of what you're trying to tell me. I was about to give up, until Kenny P.

He asked me questions and actually made me feel more intelligent and within 30 minutes, not only helped me troubleshoot the problem, said he would make my computer faster and made it twice as fast! A week later, I finally am able to bring him my computer, and he recommends a cleaning (since I have used a gas duster about two times) and pulls out a commercial gas compressed device and blows years off my device! This guy is the real deal! After helping me upgrade my memory and helping me back up all my information to a portable hard drive that I finally was able to get because of Kenny, all for a price I almost felt embarrassed to pay! How can good, I mean GREAT SERVICE BE SO AFFORDABLE?? On top of that, he had a promotion and saved me an additional $20! This guy fixes computers from the heart, not from a textbook, and the quality shows 100%

Took my laptop to Kenny to repair multiple issues. He fixed them all the following day for a very reasonable amount. I later had an additional problem which he fixed remotely. He was fast, efficient, pleasant to deal with, and very economical. An A+ in all categories. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Kenny & Jamal are real time wizards, they replaced a hard drive & upgraded the memory on my sister's laptop. Now here is something you do not hear very often, I brought my personal PC tower in for repair and after their diagnostics and look thru the PC they called & told me not to waste my money on this technology! They gave me a list of Kenny's suggestions for purchasing a new PC and off I went shopping. I'm 71 years old and all the new laptops with all the tech bells & whistles are not what I need and the prices were more than I wanted to pay. I stopped by to see Kenny & Jamal and I saw some refurbished Dell PC's capable of doing what I needed-snapped one up at a very reasonable price and I'm a happy camper!

I don t even live remotely close to Kenny. I was having issues with my laptop all the way in Colorado. Apple couldn t set up an appointment in a reasonable timeframe and Kenny saved the day all the way in FLORIDA! I had my computer fixed and back in Colorado in the same time frame it would have taken Apple just to look at the computer. He also did some updates and has it running better than it has in years. Forever grateful!

Great experience. My computer was acting up for months, running very slow and had no disk space and nothing I did seemed to help. I contacted Kenny and told him what was happening and explained the specific problems I was having and how crucial my laptop is because I need it for my online biochemistry course. He told me to bring it in to the shop in the morning and that he would look at it and fix it for me asap. I brought my laptop to the store at 9 am and he fixed it that day so I could pick it up the next and not have to get behind in school. My laptop is running faster than when I first purchased it, tons of disk space and all around great. The employees at the store were very friendly and professional and his prices are very reasonable and inexpensive. I am definitely going to recommend him to everyone and I will only be going to him for my computer needs!

AMAZING customer service! I was stationed in Charleston, SC and when I posted a photo of my ominous blue screen on Facebook asking if anyone knew of a solution, an old high school buddy of mine recommended Kenny P. He worked remotely with me immediately, even with a hurricane heading our way! My sad laptop is like new again and he even upgraded the browser I was using to the most current one so that I avoid problems in the future as well as a new anti-virus. Incredible! I can't...as of yet... vouch for the services offered by Kenny. I'll leave that to the 230+ 5 star reviews. However, I can vouch for the type of person Kenny is. I'm in Office Depot about an hour ago asking the clerk where to find an AC power cord for my desktop which I misplaced during a move. The clerk is not sure where they are and thinks they are out of stock. Kenny is checking out and overhears my convesation. He politely introduces himself gives me his card tells me that he has plenty of extras in his shop and I can have it for free. Mind you it's 6pm and his shop closes at 5pm. He tells me to meet him there. He drives back opens his shop and gives me more than one. I offered to pay but he refused. What a great guy. my computer was running really slow and viruses were taking over so i brought my computer in dropped it off and the next morning i recieved a call that my computer was already ready! i was soo happy! no more viruses! i also upgraded my computer and got the frame replaced! i feel like i have a brand new computer! best service

Kenny has worked on both mine and my girlfriend's computers multiple times and we came away completely satisfied each time! For starters, Kenny looks at our computer for FREE at first and gives us a free diagnosis (there was actually one time where Kenny was able to clean up my issue in 15 minutes and didn't charge me anything for it). When our computers have had a serious issue, Kenny has always fixed our laptops and gotten them back to us within 24 hours. If we needed new parts, Kenny even goes out and obtains these for us so we don't have to run around and do annoying errands ourselves. CSbyKP really is a full, one-stop shop for computer repair and (even though I hope I have no computer issues making me come back) I will always use KP to work on my comptuers!

Wow. If you are ever in need of any tech/computer services, this is the place to go. We recently had a desktop at work that suddenly decided not to turn on and I was devastated- our company thought that we were going to lose everything (I know we should have backed it up, but we aren't the most computer-savvy office) and were researching new computers to buy. On a last minute whim, I reached out to Computer Services by Kenny P and not only did they take my computer immediately (they allow walk-in) but it was finished in record time and it wasn't nearly as expensive as a company such as the Geek Squad would charge. Our company didn't lose any vital information and the computer came back better than ever. For an old computer it is running faster than most of our other new computers are! So if you are in the South Florida area with a computer issue, Kenny is the man to see!

Recently purchased a 2015 model Dell Laptop and had Kenny P transfer all of my data files, software, etc. from my old HP laptop. There were some problems that he encountered but, like a bulldog, once he saw the problems he stayed with it until all issues were resolved.

Kenny P REALLY CARES about his customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure that they are satisfied. I have been using Kenny P for nearly 3 years now and I can honestly say that I would highly recommend him.

Outstanding people, helpful and understanding. Would recommend to anyone who has computer issues or questions in general.

Kenny has fixed my computers countless times, whether I bring it to him or he fixes it while I'm in another state! I don't trust anyone else to fix my computer, he's extremely professional, quick and knows what he's doing. If you're hesitating on where to bring your computer for any kind of fix, look no further! This review is long overdue. I did a review on Yelp the first time I visited Kenny's shop so here are my thoughts. These guys know computers. I usually take care of mine when I have an issue but like a lot of people some of this is above my pay grade. I've spoken to Kenny and Michael and both are very knowledgeable. I've gotten Email responses on a Sunday which immediately sets Kenny apart from just about every other shop. I've always been impressed with the service and the turnaround. The best part, the system works when I get it back. They always have time to answer questions and even the remote service is excellent. Kenny, Michael, I cant thank you guys enough especially when I pepper you guys with sometime crazy requests. Always recommended and always a customer.

Sent my computer for fixing all the way to Florida from Louisiana because i didn't trust anyone else to work on my computer. Kenny fixed my computer and did it at a price that was a few hundred dollars cheaper than i was expecting. Service was timely as well. I hope i never have to service my computer again but if i do, it will be going to Kenny P!

I dealt with Michael from the beginning to figure out the problem with my computer, impressed with his customer service skills and his patience dealing with a middle-age female with no knowledge whatsoever of how computers function.
