Kenny and his staff are by far the most knowledgeable computer repair business in the area. Or that I've ever been to for that matter. They always go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and the owner even often remotely works on critical issues when the store isn't even open for business. I would not take my business anywhere else.
I would highly recommend this place and would return. I am a medical doctor and my computer for work broke. I went to another large retailer and was told I was have to make an appointment next week for the computer. Kenny P got me in same day, treated me well, and gave a fair price. Long story short, while living in California, my son (at the time 1yr old) destroyed my laptop and tore apart my keyboard, on top of all its other issues with it being slow & having viruses. I tried so hard while in California to find a good computer tech to fix my laptop without costing me hundreds of dollars. Since i was unsuccessful finding a good honest tech, my laptop sat around for years collecting dust. The only reason i kept it instead of buying a new one was because i knew sooner or later i would be moving back to Florida, and would be able to bring it to a long time high school friend Mr. Kenny.
Holding onto my laptop for so many years payed off more than i could of imagined. Not too long after being back in town, i contacted Kenny and he was more than willing to help me out an fix my keyboard as well as a bad hard drive and all its other issues with my computer. Previously someone else tried to repair the problems but botched it up badly. A friend highly recomended Kenny. The repairs were done in just a few hours and the cost was way under the estimate. Not only are they competent but very customer friendly. His shop is about 30 miles from my home but well worth the trip. Any future repairs or upgrades will be done by Kenny.

Amazing staff. Owner is brilliant. I have raid 5 system and lost two drives... loss of all data. Kenny was able to rebuild my system into a raid 1x2 system better suited for me. Fast turn around updated to current windows and returned my computer cleaner then I left it with them. I was expecting a huge price tag. Shocked how low it was and affordable. He was honest about what I needed and did not need. No over selling. In fact the staff explained to me allot about what I thought I needed was not necessary, they didn't try to sell me on things I thought I needed. Honest people..... I'll never consider any one else for my computer repairs.

These guys are upfront and explain everything that's gone wrong on my devices and are VERY reasonably priced. Wow! I am always the Mr. Do It Yourself person. Just upgraded to a new Iphone and was having problems with sending videos/voice memos to other people. I reached out to Apple several times and was quite disappointed with there customer service as of late. In the old days apple support was amazing and this time I did not want to get close to a mall for the genius bar. I had to put a video compilation together for email to the court system and I needed it the next day. I reached out this establishment only to be met by Anthony over the phone which went the extra distance in trying to walk me through a few steps and then asking me to come in as he stated he could get this completed for me. Both Kenny and Anthony worked on my issue ASAP. Some type of software issue with my phone but close to two hours later the video file that I needed for court day was done. They barely charged me. Quite impressive as when you call anywhere you want to feel important and Anthony and Kenny did that for me. Thank you again and I will definitely call these two when I will have any issues with my computer.

When this business was just a few years old, and mister Pollock was the only technician diagnosing and repairing the computers, I brought in a high-end, white box computer system that I personally built myself, using only the hard drive from a previous machine, which had Windows 7 installed (and all of my personal files) on it.
The machine worked like a charm with a new hard drive, but could not boot into Windows using the hard drive from the previous machine. Knowing only how to correctly assemble the hardware followed by installing the software on white box PCs from scratch, I could not figure out the problem that ensued when trying to boot into Windows with the hard drive I needed to use; I took the my machine to Kenny P.
While visiting the store and explaining the issue I was facing, I provided every detail. Mister Pollock and I communicated using very technical terms, which helped build my trust and confidence in him. He advised that I leave the machine at his repair shop, and that he would be connecting all of its components to a special "diagnosis machine," to make sure that all were working as they should. (Remember, the PC would work with both hard drives, it just simply would not boot into Windows using the original, and all components were brand new, given this was a white box system that I had just freshly built).
After two days, I received a phone call from mister Pollock and went back to the store, where I was told that the diagnosis evaluated that my hard drive was broken, (in Kenny's words, "it is a bad hard drive."). He also mentioned that all of the system's components (again, brand new, already tested equipment) were working as they should (except this one "bad" hard drive). He suggested I purchase a new one, or he could purchase and install it for me (including Windows 7).
I was too impatient and wasn't looking into spending any more money, especially not a new hard drive, since the hard drive that wasn't booting into Windows on the white box system,still worked (and booted into Windows) using the old system I was replacing.
Using a bit of extra time, and no money, I was able to find a step-by-step solution, and explanation to the issue (not just, "it's a bad hard drive,") over the Internet and resolved the problem.
It turns out, when Windows is installed on any hard drive, it binds that hard drive to the original motherboard of the system that it is being installed on. Since my new system also had a new motherboard, what needed to happen, instead, was to backup Windows and the personal files on the hard drive, format it and install Windows from scratch (which does not cost any money, given that nearly all PC manufacturers put a sticker on the side of their systems with your Windows version and product key information) and restore the backup onto the same hard drive.
The process (not including reinstalling Windows) took a few hours. Not even mister Pollock's special "component diagnosis machine," nor himself, were able to figure this out given two days.
During the exchange Kenny and I had, I could tell that he was well informed and educated about computers. I'm more than positive that he can remove a virus, or troubleshoot and repair simple issues such as, internet connectivity, slow PC activity, malware, spyware, trojans, or any other similar virus. I am forced to suppose that this issue was, at the time, beyond Kenny's experience level.

I have modified my rating with this business because, I must be honest, I don't dislike the business as a whole, even though my experience was unsatisfactory with the service provided while my machine was at Kenny's shop.
This business clearly satisfies its customers, its (at this time) 57 reviews CLEARLY reflect that. Even though I was not satisfied with Kenny's service (who is unfortunately the cause of unsatisfactory service during this incident), the business itself has, for sure, moved passed that; growing and expanding at an extremely fast rate, the business deserved a better rating from my end. My dissatisfaction was not the entire business' fault.

I got SCAMMED here !! , took my Mac for a quote to add more storage, and they returned it to me broken. ( The computer wasn't turning on after i left the store). There aren't many good computer repair shops in the area, or at least there aren't enough shops that take themselves as seriously as the people over at Kenny P's do. I took my custom built rig in ($1300 spent) under the impression that I had broke something during the build process when it turns out that all I needed was my motherboard to be flashed.
Instead of screwing me over these guys fixed my problem, and hooked me up with some much needed software upgrades.
These guys are hands down incredible and I definitely recommend. Great staff, and Kenny himself is very involved.
