I dealt with Michael from the beginning to figure out the problem with my computer, impressed with his customer service skills and his patience dealing with a middle-age female with no knowledge whatsoever of how computers function. I highly recommend Kenny P if you have any issues with your PCs. They are super friendly which is rare nowadays and very knowledgeable employees.
