I can't begin to express my gratitude for this company. Not only did the owner himself personally help our situation, but did so with a very professional, kind and most cost effective way. Being a business owner myself, he was able to help us setup a 5 monitor system to our computer, without us having to purchase another computer with a graphics card that could handle them, as this was the next option. Last time we had also brought our computer in because of hardware and software issues, the same quality of service was provided. I'm in my mid 70s and not at all computer smart. My old MAC slowed down to a crawl and my Quicken had a big "X" all over its icon. I googled computer repairs' near me and KENNY P jumped out with lots of 5-star reviews. So I took a leap of faith and took my old MAC directly into their shop. .......... I was terrified that I'd be told that I needed a new computer or that the bill would be over the top.
Neither bad scenerio happened. The two nice smart young men I talked to were both charming and quick in their assesments. Two days later I picked up my old MAC and she's a puppy again. She's super fast, and the bill was way less than I had anticipated.
YES, I will definately use them again, and YES, I will recommend KENNY P to all my retired old friends. ... And to you too, if you are reading this.

I had 2 laptops that had water damage issues and they were able to get both of them working like new while keeping me updated throughout the process. The inspection/estimate was free with no pressure and no upselling of useless upgrades like many electronics stores will try to do. They even cleaned up and updated the computers to most recent version of the operating system without me asking.

Skip the big-box tech stores and support this local business, you ll be glad you did!

My Apple touch pad didn t work anymore and I called to see if they could help fix my situation with out having to buy a new computer. I was able to drop it off the same day and pick it up 2 days later. All fixed. They even asked if I wanted to clean my drive and I agreed. So it works better than it did before. I d definitely use them again if any other computer issues arose :)

Kenny P recently cleaned up and streamlined my very buggy laptop in a quick 30 minutes to a brand-spanking level of new. Took my Mac laptop into Kenny for multiple issues. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. She took my information down and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I was completely devastated when my computer broke down and I lost all 14,000 of my photos. The apple store worked on it for a business day and they weren t able to recover a single photo.
Kenny not only recovered all of my photos, he made an amazing suggestion on a new hard drive I should buy. My computer feels brand new and I have all of my precious photos/memories back!!!

I highly recommend Computer Services by Kenny P. We bought our computer in for service and clean-up to organize photos. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I was pleased that the cost was very reasonable. They are very helpful when I call with questions and issues can be resolved by phone. I dropped my laptop off on a Tuesday to a very pleasant receptionist after it had been running extremely slow and unresponsive. The following day I received a call from the shop's owner, he explained to me what was wrong with my computer and i was shocked at how reasonable the price of the repair would be. I received another call on Thursday letting me know i can pick up my repaired pc. Fast, amazingly priced, and A+ customer service. I would defiantly recommend computer services by Kenny p to anyone in the Broward county area.

Quick and efficient services with amazing customer care and response time at the best prices in town

Due to a Windows 10 error, my computer was unable to properly boot up and, to compound matters, unable to detect any devices via its USB ports. Since the keyboard/touch-screen/mouse all feed through the USB, there left me no way of prompting the computer to enter safe/recovery mode or otherwise getting around the start-up error. I took it to these guys on Monday and, a day later, had my computer (and all my data/files/apps) back in perfect, working order. Major props to these guys for saving my day, $$$, and sanity. highly recommended...

We are a high end Luxury car rental, our computers must stay operational 24/7. We have reservations, contact information, flight info and a lot of logistical information that is needed at any given time. What I love about Kenny is, he tells you your options. We now have external hard drives, a laptop to bring with, a server and a complete back up plan. No delays in our service anymore-Thanks Kenny you're the best.

Kenny P is a honest, no bullshit, man of his word type of guy. He will give you his honest personal opinion to what he thinks is in your best interest. He's not looking to drain your wallet like every other service out there. Even if your best solution is not in his best interest he will still guide you in the right direction.
Its hard to find honest people these days, especially when they can use their knowledge to over power you. We live in South Fl., everyone is trying to make a quick buck and when you find a genuine service, it gives hope. I am so glad I found Kenny P and I will continue to recommend him to all.
