AMAZING customer service! I was stationed in Charleston, SC and when I posted a photo of my ominous blue screen on Facebook asking if anyone knew of a solution, an old high school buddy of mine recommended Kenny P. He worked remotely with me immediately, even with a hurricane heading our way! My sad laptop is like new again and he even upgraded the browser I was using to the most current one so that I avoid problems in the future as well as a new anti-virus. Thanks to Kenny, I am able to hold off on buying a new laptop for many more years!
