I live on an island where he don't have any qualified computer repair companies and my laptop crashed and I was dead in the water. Based on what turned out to be a great recommendation from a friend I called Kenny P and wanted to fly him down to the islands to help me out because I was in a panic. He could sense my stress level and he dropped what he was doing and worked with me over the phone and via the web. Initially I was ready to fly him down and buy 2 new laptops and a new server. By the time Kenny calmed me down and saved my life he had also saved me thousands of dollars. He gave me a less expensive backup solution that actually fit my needs better than what I would have received with a costly new server.
