My mom called hp support tech for help . after about 6 hours on the phone the support guy literally said better off using it as a paper weight. I was furious . I took the lap top to computer service by kenny p an two days later got my dad laptop back better than new. At a very good price. This guy is the real deal an I'm very happy to call him my computer guy.
