Salesperson and manager were very pleasant. The issue I had was with the person that handled the insurance. Didn't speak English. Progressive agent asked to speak to me because he couldn't understand her I had to give all the info on the car. Was on a personal phone call the entire time I was there. She said the agent didn't add the vehicle on my insurance and I had to show where he did. She was comparing it to the wrong file. Then she said I was done and asked her don't I need to take my file and she said no. When I walked downstairs the salesman was like where's your file. Had to wait for him to go back up to get it.
Love this place.I purchased a used car for my son from Alex Valdes earlier this year. We spent 1.5 hours from car selection to sign off and drive! The only thing that bothers me is the car was picked up Thursday morning. No one called to say it was ready. I called and left a message at 6 pm. ( closes at 8) No call back. I called again Friday morning ( today)and they said the car is ready we will bring it back soon and we will call when on our way. No one called but I did get the car back!!!
This happened the last time too! It took two days to get the car back from a routine maintenance.

The worst car buying experience ever! DO NOT GO THERE!! ! We called on three separate occasions to confirm the specifications of a car. Each time we were confirmed the exact same specifications. After driving 45 minutes to an appointment, they could not find the car on the lot. They finally figured out that it was in one of their warehouses, and they said they could bring it the next day. However, it was not even the same car they promised it was! They made us waste an entire Saturday and they lied to us. The manager to avoid is Eugene Rhul.

Steven Ruth provided wonderful and fast service when I brought in my car for 10k maintenance. This dealer has always been very effective and quick whenever I brought in my car.
I am currently on my fourth Lexus from Lexus of Kendall and have never had a problem until yesterday 2-9-19. I dropped off my RX for a tire alignment and a noise that was coming from the engine. My service advisor who was very nice called me that same day letting me know the car was aligned and that there was some type of problem with the exhaust and they would have to order the part. The part wouldn t get to the dealer till Tuesday 2-12-19. He asked me to come back pick up my car and drop off the loaner. When the part got there Tuesday go back to the dealer and drop off my car again. I felt this was absolutely ridiculous. One of the main reasons I stick with Lexus is when it comes time for service it is so easy. When I called the service manager Berni he also asked me to bring the loaner back ASAP because they have to pay $60 a day every time a loaner is out. He did offer to have my car picked up Tuesday at work and have a loaner dropped off. Having a complete stranger drive my car is not ok and not a resolution. I did call Lexus customer service and filed a complaint. The representative expressed how unnecessary it was for me to go back to the dealer again and the whole $60 a day thing was false. I will definitely check out Lexus of Pines next time.

Poor customer experience in the Service Department. Would not honor advertised pricing and went further to reprimand me on what is service and maintenance. Does not consider oil change maintenance. Will never recommend having any service or maintenance done there. Better value ANYWHERE else!

I must say I just had the best experience at Lexus of Kendall. I had my purse stolen yesterday with everything in it including the key to my car along with my drivers license. It has been a very stressful time, however, I had to have my car reprogrammed and a service advisor by the name of Luis Rivera was there to help me. He was incredible. He was professional and also very caring. Can t tell you people at Lexus what a great asset you have in Luis. He made a very hard time very easy. I am so grateful he was my service advisor. The salesmen are DISHONEST LIARS. It is one thing to have a bad experience... dealing with bold-faced liars is far worse. I made a lease deal with a salesman over the phone. We agreed to all terms and we both said "Done deal." I then drove 40 minutes in traffic at 8:30 pm to finalize the deal. When I got there, the manager, Muhammad, came over and said there was "no way" he could do the deal. I explained to him that the salesman and I already made the deal. Muhammad just repeated that he could not do the deal and continued to walk away. No apology at all. It is clear this salesman intentionally lied to me just to get me to drive to the dealership so he could begin the slow, grueling process of wearing down the customer. Of course I stormed out of there. I don't do business with liars. I then emailed the General Manager to inform him that their salesman intentionally lied to me just to get me to drive to the dealership. No response to my email. It is clear this dealership ENCOURAGES its salesmen to lie to their customers in order to sell cars. Beware!! The people at Lexus of Kendall are snakes.
On a related note, I told Lexus of Pembroke Pines about this horror story 3 days later and they honored the exact deal that Lexus of Kendall refused to do. So not only is Lexus of Kendall full of snakes, they are also unable to make good deals. They are a low-end Lexus dealer and have no problem lying in order to compete. Stay far away.

The worse ever took me 4.5 hours for an oil change very unprofessional no knowledge
Their finance is NEVER available. I'm trying to make my end of lease payment and i've explained to 3 of the front desk girls that the numbers they are providing me for Lexus financial lead NOWHERE when trying to get to an operator, they don't even ring once you follow the prompts and they try to get a hold of finance, whether it is 9 am or 2 pm or 4 pm, they are never available.
So glad i left to BMW where their customer service is on point.
I recently had a service appointment at Lexus Of kendall. They couldn t have been more helpful and courteous. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. When I arrived my mentor Luis Rivera met me in the lobby. He made sure I was comfortable and everything was taken care of. I know my vehicle is in good hands at Lexus.
Lexus of Kendall has the name of many on its back but our experience with Mr. Juan Soto and Mr. Edwin Obando has been the best in many years, there is no other compared to the attention of these two gentlemen, kindness, trust, eagerness to help customer, education, professionalism and great experience, we are delighted with the experience of lexus of Kendall, where we already belong to the lexus family for more than 4 years. Definitely 100% recommended.
"Pinecrest you can do better"
Normally we purchase/lease using car apps like TrueCar and Edmunds but wanted a test drive and heard reasonably good things about the Pinecrest dealership in our neighborhood. Test drove two cars with salesperson who acted like they were doing us a favor. When negotiating price of car, same salesperson used every trick in the book, "system is down", "let me talk to my manger", "what is your monthly payment target", getting up every minute or so to talk to his superior, etc. We received a ridiculous quote - which I quickly checked on my phone was many thousands of dollars higher than fair price offers - and tried to explain that we were only interested in the fair price and a fair price deal. However we got the feeling this person was annoyed with us for wasting his valuable time and frankly was acting rude and unprofessional.
Even though we were taken aback by the obvious rude behavior, ultimately I do not think this is only a problem with this salesperson but a problem with the philosophy of this dealership. I watched the showroom very carefully. Rather than a transparent process, this dealership has opted for the old fashion haggle with salesperson approach and/or just trust your salesperson to do it right. Yikes. In this day and age, within a minute or so we easily can find the fair price of any car, so why put stressed out shoppers through such nonsense?
Living in the area, we wanted the convenience of going to a Pinecrest location but I will not do so now or ever again and I will not recommend this location. In fact, I have already easily found much better deals that I was able to complete on line that allowed me to not only obtain a fair price but completely customize my options and financing within about 5-10 minutes.
** UPDATE: Not only was I able to complete my online purchase at another dealership, and got a great deal, but they even delivered the car to my house the next morning! Now that's what I call service!!

Lexus of Kendall need to take lessons from Braman and how they treat there customers and their cars. My car was left out in their parking lot and the paint was ruined by the black olive trees behind the repair shop. They tried to remove the the stains but didn t do a very good job. Shame on them!
I started this journey with Frank Hubbart as my sales agent. I am not in the US so i had my sister go to Lexus of Kendall to do my test drive and checked the car out for me. It has been my best experience ever. Frank has been so professional from start to finish i work long hours and sometimes i would text him after hours or call and he would always answer my calls. My car was picked up yesterday to be shipped to me, i cannot wait to begin the next chapter of my life with my Lexus RX 350 suv.

One of the worst if not the worse..drive all the way from pembrokepines. Had to find a babysitter pay them,fight traffic only for them to tell you the car you are looking at...that wasn't even moved or driven was sold..no one even had the courtesy to call or text me. I hope it wasn't because i didn't speak Spanish.
