I visited Lexus of Kendel in February thinking about an SUV purchase and was introduced to Patty Warman. Patty listened carefully to my needs and spent a lot of time with me. Patty really knows the Lexus products and was able to show me a variety of options. I had a feeling of trust and partnership when I left the dealership. I decided not to make a purchase at thiat time. When I did finally make a decision 8 months later I called Patty right away and she exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Patty's enjoyable personality is straigt forwad and honest while at the same time she does not pressure the customer.
