Kendall Toyota, Lexus of Kendall Review

I am extremely happy with the purchase of my first and definitely not my last Lexus with Lexus of Kendall. The experience was amazing. My sales rep Angel Fuentes was very kind and patient with us. the sales manager Eduardo Solis went above and beyond to work with me and get me deal i wanted, Mr. Eduardo Tejeiro in Finance was transparent and friendly, overall i would recommend anyone shopping our considering a Lexus as their next purchase to visit Lexus of Kendall.

Tania was very friendly and helpful in navigating me through the process of buying a car perfect for my needs. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this dealership because of the helpful staff.

I normally don't do these reviews but my husband and I had such a surprisingly great experience (which is not something you normally get when buying a car) I had to give Lexus of Kendall and their team the credit. The staff was so kind and attentive from the moment we walked in. Not to mention the quick and easy process provided by the management team. They really cared for all our needs. Poor customer service. Do not answer the phone. Making car carriers park illegally to get keys to cars parked in another lot 10 miles away. Poor communication to these drivers that keys and cars are in different places. Wasting time and energy. All because people can't do a simple job properly.

Worst experience ever. If I could give them
0 stars I would. Came in for a service waited an hour for them to come up to us, turns out they hadn t even looked at our car yet. Mind you, we had an appointment. They took us to target down the street while our car was being serviced, mind you hadn t even given us the price- they said they d call in 15 mins after it was inspected. 1 hour later they called. Said the car would be ready at 2:15 and they d call to pick us up. The rep wouldn t answer the direct line he gave us. Had to call the dealer directly. We called at 3 o clock asking when they would be picking us up, said they d send someone. 30 mins later we called again, said they d send someone. 4 o clock comes around and we call again and the rep is saying the car has been ready why haven t we picked it up?!?! WORST SERVICE EVER. Been waiting for HOURS to come pick us up and no one calls back, no one comes. DONT COME HERE.

When I was researching dealerships in the Miami area, I noticed that JM Lexus had the best ratings. It was the first dealership I stopped at in search of my new car. I was NOT impressed at all with the sales department. They weren't willing to work a decent number on my trade-in, nor were they willing to negotiate on the price of the new vehicle.

After visiting two additional dealerships, I ended up at Lexus of Kendall where I first met Eduardo Solis. He was very nice and introduced me to Mario Alves, who would be helping me find exactly what I wanted. Their certified pre-owned inventory was the nicest I had seen the entire day, with all of their cars looking immaculate. When I found the perfect car for me, the process of negotiation began. First, Lexus of Kendall gave me what I wanted on my trade-in. Second, they negotiated the price of my new car and the process was as pleasant as it could possibly be. It was a pleasure working with Mario Alves; he was very nice, entertaining, not pushy, not rude, didn't have an attitude, and genuinely strived to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted.

Overall, the purchasing process couldn't have gone any smoother. If you're in the market to buy a Lexus, I highly recommend Lexus of Kendall. We went to JM Lexus, Lexus of Pembroke Pines, Lexus of West Kendall, and Lexus of Kendall. My experience with Lexus of Kendall was by far the BEST out of all four dealerships. Today my husband and I went to Lexus of Kendall to pick up my beautiful GX460. My husband had a few different locations searching for the EXACT vehicle I wanted, black with rioja interior. After having many sales reps saying that this vehicle was difficult to find and having them continuously attempt to have me change my mind to a different interior color, we were referred to Shak! Shak worked tirelessly to find my vehicle and did so in lightening-fast turn around. He found my vehicle and called us immediately. He sent us pictures and drew up the paperwork. When we arrived he met us outside cheerfully and he took us immediately to see my beautiful new truck displayed with a HUGE red bow on top! I was ecstatic. He was so efficient, and kind and listened to our every need and desire. He exceeded our expectations beyond measure. He answered every phone call and every question. We were in and out and on the road in no time. If you want a sales rep who listens to your wants, needs and loves to make his customers happy, then Shak is your man! He is awesome and we won t be buying from any other sales rep but Shak! PS we live way out in west sunrise, so to drive all the way south seemed like trouble initially, but to work with Shak, it was a pleasure.

This is my 4th vehicle from Kendall Toyota/Lexus. After steering away from the pack and purchasing a Cadillac, I quickly realized what i horrible mistake I made. Terry Bean took the time to help me not only find the right car but was extremely upfront and honest about all the different financing options and residual value on a vehicle had I purchased new or used. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Lexus IS 350 F Sport!

I had a very bad experience in the service department, they told me that I had to change the tires in front and supposedly they rotated the tires in each service, but also I didn't have to change the tires, they just cheated me for that reason I don't go back to change my car in that dealer

This is my second lease with Lexus and by all means, this was the worse experience I have ever had. I wil never go back to this dealership. I will try Broward. I do not recommend buying this car Dealer. 5 months ago bought my Rav4 by Lexus Dealer with Seller Alexis, is that the
Truck stops launched me in the Dolphin Mall, call a mechanic and was the battery that did not work, I managed to turn a team for it and went to a nearby Autoparts to buy a new one, before you do call my dealer before mentioned to I report if I could replace the battery, I had to ask because it was unclear and after doing so I explained that the car was the 2017 and the battery should be giving trouble for that, with this decided answer buy a new battery because I saw that otherwise I had no solution and urged me to go to work, did not have much time to resolve the situation. I come today to the Dealer to resolve the situation as there seems unfair to me to pay 28 thousand dollars for a car and at 4 and a half months me trouble, I left my previous car because I wanted to improve, I thought I was buying my car at a good Dealer but it was not, it was like almost buy it for the street, do not solve any problem, no knowlegeable. Yordan which he is Manager and then would not give me his name when I said I was going to write and leave opinions, telling me that I could not solve the problem reimburse the $ 200 voucher battery, which put me in instead, it is the last straw, I even suggest that other clients could do the same and then go to claim . I would never go back to this place ever and worst of all is that I have a Toyota truck.

Great service department goes out of there way to please customers. Had dash replaced and they provided a new car for loaner however it did take about 5 days but no complaints because I got to drive a new car for free.

I had originally left a great review and I am revoking it! I honestly think any other Lexus dealer might be better they tried to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to resurface brakes and balance tires. Claiming this is only covered at the 12000 mark which I indeed brought to this dealer so that they could take care of everything and they did not.
I also tried going in the service department, to try to get a payoff amount and they were not even able to make an attempt to assist they simply said to call the one 800 number. Hopefully I will have better luck somewhere else.

Went next door looking for a Toyota and wandered over to Lexus, where I was helped by Shakil Rehman. After showing me around the new models. I m definitely buying Lexus from now on.

I have been going to LEXUS of Kendall since 2011 and frankly I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding service I received from Ms. Monique Prado a couple days ago. She was pleasant, courteous, accommodating and helpful from the moment I called to schedule a service appointment to the time I left after the service was done. She literally remembered my name from a previous visit. She also accompanied me to the car outside, giving me the keys and wishing me well. That had never happened to me before. Disapointing Expirience in a Lexus dealer ! I am on my 5 Lexus car . Went to the dealership to switch my Rc350 for 2 new cars and got them the sales person was great until I found the finance person that did our paper work didn t send a check to Lexus financial for the correct amount was due to the car . Instead my credit took a hit and the response from Alfred was I was responsible to pay whatever difference was own . After trying to get in contact with them they keep saying the same thing they are not responsible for the incorrect amount . Thank you for affecting my credit and making me pay an amount you agreed to pay great experience!

A beautiful dealership where employees are disrespectful to customers. We wrote a request to the site about the availability of a car, received confirmation of the presence of the desired car in the salon, phoned before the trip and agreed on a test drive for this car, received confirmation. We arrived at them 50 minutes later, after the confirmation of the apoetment and ...... we were informed that the car was out of stock.

Went in to get a standard oil change on my wife's car on Saturday and was really taken back by the special treatment we received. Aside from everyone doing their best to abide by the new social distancing rules the dealership was super clean and I was in and out. Bernie at Lexus of Kendall is always servicing my cars and without me asking for anything additional he takes it upon himself to make sure all aspects of the car are on point. Considering my wife waits till every light in the car lights up like a concert before telling me to take it in this is important. Lol. (Lexus that was an exaggeration of the truth used only to illustrate how Bernie takes care of even things I didn't think of. lol). When we received the car back sooner than anticipated it was Cleaned, tires rotated, tank topped off and oil freshly changed. Thank you Bernie for always being attentive and taking care of our family's Lexus appointments with professionalism and care.

I just went to Lexus to get my tire changed and I had a very fast and pleasant experience. They were very polite, I was in and out under two hours. I was even offered a coffee in their waiting area. When my car was ready they escorted me to it. Lexus services has always been very good to me. I will continue to have my car appointments there.

I have purchased/ leased 8 vehicles and purchased 6 used cars from Lexus of Kendall. I have a great experience with my sales person Edwin every time. I call him, and he takes care of me and my wife every time. No fuss no hassle, just out standing service. When I go in for service I get a Lexus loaner, not some off brand rental. Even though I live a few streets away they pick me up if needed or even offer UBER to take me places when I don't feel like driving. Not only are the people at Lexus of Kendall nice and friendly they also do a lot for the community. Just last month they held a race to raise money for the Live Like Bella cancer foundation. My lease is due soon so I have decided to look for a new car. They couldn't stop telling me what an amazing deal I have got 3 years ago, and I will not be able to get such a great deal anymore. They said that the "promotions" posted on website are just to attract customers.
Well first of all, after me paying $3500 down, I don't believe that I have got an exceptional deal. And even if that would be true, as a loyal customer I would expect to get even a better deal!
Edit: After a 3 years lease, I am returning a car with 20K miles, it's 10K miles under the contract, so please you could avoid reminding me about the "great" deal that I have got 3 years ago!

Hey me and my mom have a good experience except I was disappointed after I bought the car and realize all 4 rims was badly scratch. Since me and my mom travel far for the car so we have asked to check the car for damages before we came to not waste each other time and receive the phone call the inspection was good and trusted you guys and came there and pay the car in full. And still the salesman didn t notify me of the rim being damage either. Then came home and my wife spotted out all 4 rims was badly damage. The address services was good but I m disappointed in the trust that Lexus didn t give me.
