Terrible Customer Service. Especially The Consultans I will Call them Sales rep. Here's what happened to me. After finishing paying my Lexus RX 350 my Dashboard was cracked . Fortunately I've receive a letter from the Lexus company saying that "I can go to any location" and receive free service to repair my dash. I called the Lexus Customer Service number and they were very friendly. They told me I don't need to make an appoiment for an inspection. Only when the aragments for the replacement. I went to the office in the morning with my three months old baby and I was waiting for a person to see my car and do an inspection the first thing this guy told me is that I don't have extended warranty. (A sales technique, not an inspector)
Lexus Customer service agent said that I can get the car fix and that I don't have to pay a penny for replacement because it's a recall in all 2006-2010 models. Seven months since my visit To Lexus of Kendall 10775 S Dixie Hwy, Pinecrest, FL 33156. And I have not receive a response. left several messages. And not response From this Company. Mr Llerena said that He wilI call me in three months to let me know when the Dash arrive... That was 8 Months ago and I still waiting for the call back I left messages on his cell phone he's and he doesn't response I try to call again and different times and they for nobody answer. so my horrible experience. I would not recommend to car dealership to any friend or family.
