The workers for the service center are extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment on Tuesday to bring my car in for service on Friday at 1 pm. Fast-forward to my appointment I get here at 12:55 pm and they said, Luis, the service advisor was going to be with me within 5 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to ask the receptionist. They directed me to an office where I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for Luis to come around and tell me I had to wait another hour for my 10k mile service appointment. My appointment was at 1. This place has horrible customer service and unprofessional staff.
