If you're ever considering buying lexus, the last place you should ever consider is Lexus of Kendall. Lexus of Kendall is a sister company to Toyota of Kendall which if you read my previous review You would have a small glimpse of how terrible these two dealerships are. The lack of communication is only the tip of the iceberg. The layer of BS to try to cover up any stupidity, lying or thievery that they actually do, seems to be Taught More if fission Attley then actually selling vehicles. I don't know how much I can express how terrible these people are as human beings, or a dealership company. To give you an idea of how these people are we came to return a leased vehicle that They refused to do a pre-inspection prior to giving in the vehicle then when we actually arrive at the dealership at 10:30 in the morning they told us that they could not receive the vehicle or see us until two in the afternoon. That's the only time they receive the lease vehicles. Don't you think it would've been helpful to just tell the person first of all that they have to come at a certain time or make an appointment when they're going to return the lease. The gentleman is sitting at the front desk not only was rude but seem to think that he was gods gift to earth. Spoke down and disrespectful to not only me but another client that walked in asking him a simple question of directions. I left the dealership angry and frustrated, As the gentleman behind the desk smirked with his smug look. They need new management new training and I have no idea how Toyota or Lexus even gave them a dealership license.
