DO NO GO HERE TO TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE. I traded in a car almost 3 months ago and they still haven t paid off my trade in because someone made an error and got the wrong pay off quote so my account was still short. The told me they will take care of it but they have not. If you have a problem this dealership they will not call you back to tell you what s going on even after so many messages. I have had multiple Lexus and this is my first time going to this dealership for a car and I have never been treated like this before! The WORST customer service ever!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
