Reporting back, Victor the service advisor has given me up to now amazing service to the point without mentioning it, he noticed that I qualified for a manufacture service bulletin to change out all door panels, dashboard, glove compartment center consul box, and even the lower instrument panel due to sticky conditions exposed to the sun for that specific year and model. He placed a special order for nearly the entire interior of the vehicle panels and will call me when they arrive to have them replaced. I have also noticed they are not stingy or give you any issues for a loaner for legitimate services and repair jobs. That is not true with all Lexus dealers from my experience dealing with them for 28 years being a loyal Lexus client and buying several Lexuses. I ve been buying Lexuses since 1992 and they have gained my business! Also the loaner driver called Terry was over the top courteous and professional believe me I m extremely busy I would not take the time to post anything anywhere unless I was impressed
