Absolutely awful customer service, combative finance department. JAMES BOYD pulled my credit after i told him i was already preapproved. Had not even looked/touched a vehicle. In trying to reach the sales person to figure out why he would of ran my credit after asking him NOT too. Finance swears up and down there is no hard inquiry on my credit. He chased me down AT THE BATHROOM to sign a form to "look" at the first vehicle.... shame on me. This practice of dishonesty is disgusting. I WILL be contacting better business bureau. If only i could give ZERO stars. To your finance manager Chris who doesn't believe their is a hard inquiry on my credit.... Here`s your proof.

-Also i asked to speak with keith pierson and of course that didn't happen, my number was not even taken down. I would never refer this place.
