The general manager and his staff are very, very helpful and you can tell everyone is mission minded and wants to serve.

This is my second car purchase from this dealership. Let me give you an example, the general manager who s name is Josh personally took care of us and prepped everything before we got there so we were in and out of the place as fast as we could sign the paperwork. Now here s the best part and a testament to their service, Josh was technically supposed to be off when he helped us. I really appreciate these guys, please take the time to shake the general managers hand when you get there he s working hard to help you.

My experience at Keffer Kia was as good as car buying can be. After shopping around a bit, I knew what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. I sat down with the saleswoman for a very short period of time, and soon had a deal put together. The manager worked the numbers well and I did not get the typical runaround. He showed me the numbers for what they were and I definitely got a great deal. The final part of the sale could have been a bit better. When My car arrived I was given the keys and was told to enjoy. Needless to say I have spent quite a bit of time reading the manual trying to figure out how some of the options work, as the saleswoman did not go over a whole lot. Overall I have to say though, I would definitely buy another car from them...

I have to give you guys a big shout out ~ you guys really went above and beyond yesterday (9/18) and your kindness was very appreciated! Yesterday I was involved in a hit and run on the main road right in front of this dealership. The man who caused the accident fled on foot, leaving his vehicle behind (the police have all of his information and have put a warrant out for his arrest). The man was going 55mph and rear ended the lady in the car behind me and her car hit mine (we had both been stopped as the light ahead was red). I had just picked up my foster kitten from his neuter appointment and he was very frightened but is okay thank goodness. The other lady involved in the accident is okay luckily. The employees at this location were so great - they checked on both of us, called the police for us, brought us water, helped move our cars off the main road, let me borrow a phone charger, let me and the kitten wait inside and were extremely nice. Thank you all very much!! Your kind actions really meant a lot and you definitely deserve some recognition! Thank you again!!

Car buying can sometimes be a crazy and stressful situation and ordeal for the customers, but these two gentlemen were absolutely the best at what they were doing. Not a single issue with negotiations or explanations of anything that I had questions with. If you re not purchasing your vehicle from Keffer Kia of Mooresville, you re makiing a mistake. They are the best.

I came in about a week ago to buy a car, ended up finding one i loved for a great price. The salesman, Erich, was super helpful and patient, as it took me a few hours to actually decide upon what i wanted. But when it came down to it, Erich and Josh helped me get into the car that i wanted for a price that I could afford. I did call today, to get a status update on a few things and spoke to a lady named Cheryl and she treated me so rude, and had such a bad attitude on the phone with me, but I had such a great experience with Erich in person that all around I m still giving this 5 stars because even that couldn t ruin my experience. Keffer Kia will be the only dealership i return to when i need a car, i might even be back in a few weeks for my girlfriend!

First time visiting this kia dealership..took my Kia in for maintenance..the gentleman that met me at service drive thru was just fantastic..explained to me where to go, where to get coffee and snacks in waiting area, told me about shuttle courtesy, and everything else I needed to know..inside the service people were friendly and awesome..made me feel like a customer should feel..you don't get that anymore..there's another kia dealership closer home but doesn't hold a candle to this one..even though it's further away from my home, this dealership will continue to receive my business.. great job Keffer Kia!!!!..you hit the nail right on the head!!!

Went in to check out a Cadenza. Everyone was very nice and helpful but it just wasn't the car I needed to buy at the moment.

Left and I've been hounded ever since. I cannot believe the number of emails and voicemails I've gotten from this dealership after visiting. News flash people, if someone doesn't respond, hounding them is not going to get you a sale. Its going to make them mad and make sure they never return and never recommend your friends from going.

I can't go back, I'd probably have a salesman showing up at my house afterwards. Which is unfortunate, because I probably will end up buying a Cadenza at some point... just not from these people.

The actual purchase was good. Salesman was good and finance guy was good. The General Sales Manager, refused to honor the online $500 off coupon. His response was to cancel the deal and return the car rather than honor the coupon that was presented before the sale. Now he refuses to honor a "We Owe" contract about a large scratch on the windshield directly in the driver's view that was noticed on the test drive, and stated that he would take care of. The latest response we received was to claim the damage on our insurance, which would be insurance fraud.

Things were not upfront and what I was told over the phone was completely different. I was talked down to by the sales manager and belittled. I wish my husband would have been there, I doubt I would have been spoken to the way I was. Don't shop there!!!!!!!

I had originally went to Mooresville to look at a used Kia Soul and unfortunately it was beat up and not taken care of. It just so happened we were within walking distance of the Keffer Kia dealership and we went to talk to them. I was approached by Scott Hoffman who is a very personable and straight forward salesman. Long story short, everyone I encountered at the dealership was 5 stars. The General manager and Finance Manager were both very nice and straight forward. They didn't was my entire day and we came to an agreement in record time. I am absolutely thrilled with my car(2020 Kia Soul LX) and thrilled with the service. If I ever decide to get another car I will be going back to Keffer and I will recommend to every person that I can to also go there. 5 star experience!

We went to Keffer Kia last weekend (03/10/2018) with a near impossible find, but our salesperson, Josh, and the manager, Greg, were incredibly helpful regardless. They worked with us for hours trying to find the right fit for us. While we left empty handed that day, we will be returning to find us something soon. They were wonderful and kind and willing to work with us without being pushy and rude, and that's hard to find in a car dealership in today's day and age. Plus the prices were right according to the values! Definitely worth the return trip.

Our car buying experience was GREAT, which is the only reason I gave any stars, but their service department is awful! Express Oil Changes are anything but "Express." Every single time we schedule an oil change it takes anywhere between 1.5 hour - 3 hours, FOR AN OIL CHANGE! The appointment that took 3 hours was their first scheduled appointment of the day! I should've known better than to come back after that bad experience... During today's oil change, after we had been there for a little over an hour, I asked how much longer we should expect and the service tech said they were detailing my car, so it should only be just a few more minutes. Twenty more minutes went by and I expressed to another gentleman in the service dept (possibly the service manager) that I was ready to go and if they were still "washing it" to just quit and bring it to me. Thankfully he saw my concern as a Mom with three small children stuck at a car dealership, and about five minutes later, he pulled my van up, and noticed it had not detailed in the slightest, so I'm not sure what the hold up was. The other two people that were in the waiting area with me, stated they had both been there for over 2 hours for oil changes as well.

- We do not plan to have scheduled service here in the future and I wouldn't recommend their service department to anyone.

Jason took the time to show us all the features our new vehicle had and helped with any questions we had. We will recommend Jason to anyone that may be looking for a new vehicle.

I am the most happiest girl in the world.... I have been to dealerships to dealership and more dealerships to only be building up to be let down which I think is so very cold just to have your hopes crushed .... so I somehow got in touch with Jason here at keffer Kia .... I was telling him that I honestly can not take another let down His out come was surprisingly different coming from a car salesmen (no offense) .... Jason spoke to me as a person .... So I decided to give it a try and with a car that is on its last leg seriously... I know this car isn t going to make it no longer.... the car won t even go over 60 .... I pulled up and the first guy I see is Ben Kuzmunich .... nice dude .... I think he seen my stress and got straight to the point .... he seen what I pulled up in and was like oh no lol this ends now lol .... These guys are great.... a great team you can feel the love in the air .... I just can not believe that I got into a car ... on my own with no co signer and poor credit .... I ll tell everyone about this and hopefully give someone else that know what struggling is all about (hope) I would have never seen this happening to me not at a place like this but it did !!!!! Thank you keffer Kia team .... y all really do make dreams come true!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The people that I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with at this dealership are complete scum. I came to this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, a Kia Rio 5. Their website shows them having one available on their lot. They did not, and instead let me test drive a regular Kia Rio. I ended up wanting to purchase the Kia Rio 5 (as planned) and they claimed they were able to locate a vehicle for me, one in Winston Salem, one in Paramount. Funny thing is, neither of these places had a Kio Rio 5. Not aware of the lie before, I signed all of the paper work, and the deal was supposedly done. I was told they would be driving the car and it would be there either that night, or the next day. I give them a call the next day, nobody can give me a straight answer about where the car is, or if it is even the right one. I end up calling the dealership in Winston Salem (this dealership had the Kia that I purchased) and they never had promised Keffer Kia the car in the first place. Turns out, the car had been sold (and we had to find this out ourselves)! I had already put a down payment on this car, signed all of the paperwork for it, and used the VIN for my insurance. After finding this out, we go back into Keffer Kia (2 days after I purchased "my car") and the guy that sits at the front desk with the spiky dark brown hair, whom I cannot find on the Keffer website, asked me if I would like the car that I was driving, which was not the car I purchased and NOT the car I wanted. Usual bait and switch tactics. He tells us to come and look because the car had been transferred into his inventory, and when we refuse to look and say that we just want the deal to be cancelled he begins to yell and say that "they sold the car out from under me! I cant do anything about it!" He asked us to leave the store after he figured out that we knew he had lied. If they had the car on their lot, this might have been a good experience. If you can not see the car, do NOT buy it because they will definitely try to get you to. These people are complete liars.

My sister is a retired senior citizen and was coerced into purchasing an upgraded vehicle by the sales staff. She went in for routine maintenance on her 2015 Kia and, while waiting, was asking questions about the newer models. She was told, "We haven't sold a car today - what do we need to do to put you into a new car?" They managed to con her into upgrading when her 2015 only had 40,000 niles on it - into a vehicle way out of her price range. She made a deal with the devil - and when she tried to change her mind within 3 business days, she was told "No 'cooling off' period". These people will take advantage of senior citizens to make a sale.

Well....I don't ever write reviews...especially after dealing with a car salesman. This one I could not pass up! My first time in my 50+ years on this earth that I did not regret buying a car at a dealership and not having a migraine headache when I did it. Alan, our salesman was the best! This dealership does not jerk you around, finds the car that's right for you and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Alan is a straight shooter and the sales manager got involved only when it was time. Please ask for Alan if you are thinking about buying a Kia at Keffer!

They lied about the price of the vehicle and had me going back and forth to Mooresville to Charlotte. Cedron was very courteous and professional but the others were fake. The worse.

Definitely not the Dealership they used to be! Considerable overpricing of the Telluride and poor service from management. We were looking to trade in for a new Telluride, and were in negotiations on price as they were already asking $4500 over MSRP with NO add ons. Salesman called and told us sales manager had been looking things over and to come back in as he thinks he can get close to where we need to be. Some how the sales manager's offer was going to cost us more than the initial price we were currently negotiating! Payments went from $600 to $785 - same loan length, APR and trade in value. The math actually added up to being $10,000 more than MSRP plus original markup, for an S model! After asking multiple times how he came to that number and what the new sale price of the car was, I never got an answer - instead he took the "cool guy" approach and said "Man, it's just a payment, its no big deal!!!" then proceeded to mention my employer and tell me that I can more than afford the payment. Then has the nerve to say "Send your wife in here and I'm sure we can make it happen" Unprofessional and Disrespectful is an understatement. See how many overpriced Telluride's you sell an attitude like that. We have been long time customers of Keffer Kia and have purchased multiple brand new vehicles from them over the years, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I had a really good experience buying my first car at Keffer Kia. Jimmy Knox was my sales person. He really listen to me and my mom. I was worried about pricing and payments. Knox really did his research and found the perfect car I could afford. The car will grow with me and my son for years to come. Being a single mom is hard enough and Knox really thought about that. He found a car that is convenient and highly suited for a single moms life style. Thank u jimmy Knox for looking out for me!

I was looking for a hard to find car Forte SX with manual transmission. The Keffer dealership did not have one on hand. Randy at keffer Kia told me he could get the car but I could not test drive it. I went and test drove the car I wanted at the Battleground Dealership in Greenville NC. They made an offer on the car but it could not match the one offered by Steve Miller at Keffer Kia. So I ended up getting the car at Keffer. Randy the salesmen was really easy to talk to and very knowledgable on the features of the forte. Would highly recomend them if you are looking for a Kia.

Jimmy was an absolutely wonderful salesman. I am a college student working part time, and had a small budget after my old car was growing too much for me. Jimmy worked with me to find a car within my budget. He was very patient with all of the questions I asked, and helped me and my dad along with the car buying process. He brought me a beautiful car to test drive that I never thought I could afford, but had been down in my budget. Despite not buying a new car, and being a young student, he was very considerate of me and helped us out. I love my car, and its something I never thought I would have for a few more years. Jimmy was absolutely wonderful and I'll keep going to him for all of my needs in the future. He was very sweet and friendly, and did not pressure me in the slightest to make a purchase, which was something me and my dad appreciated. I've already recommended to other people looking for cars. Kasey the sales manager stuck to his word on the offer for our trade in and went above and beyond to get us financed for our Telluride since a previous dealership messed up our info. Steve who handled our sale was great, very polite and both was on their A game helping us. We had an idea of the vehicle coming in but at the end of the day they got us approved, very polite and easy to work with! I highly recommend Keffer Kia over any other dealership as they stick to their word and actually work to help you out! They will have my future business from now on! My husband and I were just riding to see the difference between the SX and the EX Telluride and left the dealership with the SX. Our sales rep Tammy was awesome. She wasn't pushy like some other dealership salesman. I was very impressed with the knowledge she dropped about the Telluride. She even synced my phone while waiting for paperwork to be finalized. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Everyone was hospitable. They really made us feel special. Highly Recommend!!!!

I worked with Shawn and had the best customer service experience. For me he was fair and honest. His responses were timely and very helpful. Additionally, each time that I've worked with this dealership, I've been pleased. The service area provided excellent customer service as well. They have been quick and the quality of the work is good. My only complaint is I purchased a car that had a smoke smell. In spite of repeated returns to eradicate the odor, it persisted. Based on my overall very positive experiences, I would highly recommend shopping and receiving service at Keffer Kia.

Eric Smith has been very curtious and informative on the Kias. He is also assisting me with finding a car for my son. Was not looking forward to having to visit a dealer for a new car. After meeting Eddie Johnson at Keffer it turned from a dread to an enjoyable experience. Eddie is super to work with. If you get a chance to meet him take that opportunity. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Sorento from him and are extremely happy with the car and the sales experience.

Brought my father's 2003 Jeep Liberty in on Saturd...

Brought my father's 2003 Jeep Liberty in on Saturday, 6/25. The power steering was going, and fluid was leaking, so it was obviously the P/S hose. We went in without an appointment, as it was an emergency. We went here because they were highly recommended. No communication on Saturday. They're closed on Sundays, so we thought it would be ready on Monday. No such luck. Find out on Monday that the part has to be ordered. Called yesterday and was told the part "should be in" tomorrow. Called this morning and told the part had just come in a few minutes ago and they "would try" to get the work done today. I asked if they could expedite things since the car was there since Saturday - "we'll try our hardest". Finally got a call that it was ready at 3pm (from about 7:45am on Saturday). When we went to pick it up I asked where they had to order the part from, but the service advisor couldn't tell me anything beyond that they call the local Jeep dealer, and if they don't have it in stock they order it and then ship it to Kia. In hindsight, I should have called AutoZone and gotten it from them, and then had Kia install it. I'm sure it would have saved a lot of time, aggravation and maybe about $100. I don't know how specific each P/S hose is to each car, but it's a Jeep, not a Maserati. Not at all happy that they waited until Monday to order the hose, as it was obviously the problem. Would definitely not go back again.

Worst Dealership I ever worked with I bought two cars from them when buying my car they changed the price almost every time I went in to sign paper work and my wife s car had a noise when we got it took it in they replaced shocks but the noise was still there mentioned it everytime we brought It in for its 4hour oil change now since the Warranty Is out they found the problem lol like really by far the worst dealership ever I stopped going because they don t really know what they are doing as a mechanic myself They lost my Business Forever I pray that you don t go there save yourself the trouble

My car had been totaled the day before I talked to Justin on the phone. By the time I got to the dealership that afternoon I was already approved and just had to pick out my car. Justin and Tyree were so nice, caring and helpful. Once in with finance it took no time at all. The finance person was also very helpful and gave me some information I had not known. It was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
I highly recommend Justin and Tyree to anyone purchasing a car.

This is my second car in 3 months, need I say more. The staff and the dealership is top notch. I highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a car. They will put you in it as quick as possible. Shawn Tate is one of the best sales personel that I have had the pleasure of dealing with and I have bought many cars. This will be the only place in the future for anything new.

Service is great but don t go in expecting much. I went to trade in my car for a brand new one and the guy supposedly wasn t there to give my car an estimate. Said they call back but never did. I even contact my sales rep and he didn t respond. So I went on and bought from Toyota Flow and they re awesome.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND salesman Mr. JOHN STONESTREET. My vast vehicle purchase/research experience proves he is not your typical salesmen. (We have purchased 14 vehicles in the last 18 years. I have bought from Craigslist; small dealers; friends; large chain dealers; and the guy down the street.) Mr. Stonestreet is the epitome of SUPERIOR customer service, ethics, and integrity that are unparalleled in this field! He went so far above and beyond my expectations. Since I was primarily an online shopper, shopping via the internet from 7 hours away, John proved himself extremely responsive, honest, very thorough, and sent me the extra pictures and details that I needed to make an informed decision. He is a God-fearing man who can be trusted and is not just trying to make a sale! I was also seriously considering a vehicle outside of this dealership and in my ignorance I overlooked some very important issues with that vehicle. Because of John s vast knowledge, he gave me the education I needed to avoid that lemon. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will reach out specifically to John Stonestreet in my quest. I write very few reviews but he left a deep impression on me and after you request him, you will easily understand why. He will listen to you, give you accurate advice accordingly, and the best price through him! If you are East Coast shopping, only go through him .you will not be disappointed!!!

I recently purchased the new seltos model through Keffer Kia. I had visited Priority Honda in Huntersville before coming here. After a pretty lame experience at the Honda dealership (not sure that they actually want to sell cars), I had a great experience at Kia. The sales person Andre actually wanted to sell a car and was very easy to work with. There was no pressure and he was very upfront about everything. I got a nice deal on a 2021 model and I am very happy with my purchase. My family are all Honda customers but Kia has really stepped their game up and is offering great models at a competitive cost. Great value!

We came in on the last day of the month... computers were running slow, and the printer was jamming. We did come in on appointment, but you are a dealership and everything and anything can happen. :) The staff was friendly and answered our questions. I would have given an excellent mark, but for a little mishap with a fob, which caused inconvenience for my husband Jeff. Other wise everything else was great from the sale team to the end where we signed for our vehicle... even the maintenance team that crossed our path in and outside the building were friendly. Thanks.

I went online and done the pre qualifying application, received a call back from the Internet manager. He and I had a lengthy conversation And I was told That everything looked good and I could come in and finalize everything with either him or his manager,
so I agreed to come in the next day. Only to find the internet manager and his manager were both off the next day. I found myself dealing with two other people a sales person and his manager who was no help at all. This finance manager wasn't trying to get me in a car he was more like trying to get me out the door. I left Keffer Kia and went right to Gerry Wood Kia in Salisbury NC and bought a new car. I'll never due business with Keffer Kia in Mooresville NC again and that's sad because my previous two vehicles came from them.

Alan Keatley in the Service Dept. was fantastic to work with. He was reassuring, not pushy about making other repairs and kept me in the loop about what was going on. Exceptionally friendly staff all around. I will not hesistate to take my Kia back for future needs.

My experience with Mooresville Keffer Kia was great. From Sales (Andre and Tammy) to Finance (Nick), all went smoothly. My only "complaint"- which I know they are changing from that company- was the detailing prior to getting my car. I did not care for the misleading "Internet sales person" (Greg) who I thought was actually a salesperson IN the dealership, but he had nothing to do with the end deal. But yes, overall, I would gladly refer anyone to Keffer Kia in Mooresville!

Mr. Jason Brown was our Finance and Client Advisor today. He was awesome. He started by listening to what I wanted in a new car then showed me various options. Jason Brown made getting my new 2019 Sorento an easy and great experience. This is my second vehicle I have gotten from Keffer Kia in Mooresville and this was just a great experience. Alan and the guys in the Service Department do a great job and I am glad they will still be taking care of my vehicle. Thank you Jason Brown for my vehicle - it is fabulous!

EDIT:While the initial experience was fantastic. I discovered rust on the BRAND NEW vehicle that I bought, and while it is surface rust. After nearly 4 weeks now on the first claim call, the dealership has not returned any of my calls or emails and how to resolve this. Turns out they are like most dealerships; in that once they get you to sign they dont care after that.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD! Dealing with Keffer Kia has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Following a vacation in Charlotte, NC with friends we were driving back to Canada on "JULY 5TH". Within 78km my car started making a horrible sound and I was losing power. I pulled over on the interstate and smoke was billowing from under the hood.(news of 2015 Kia Souls starting randomly on fire came out 2 days later) Long story short, my car was towed to Keffer Kia in Mooorseville, NC and it has been sitting there EVER SINCE. Almost daily calls in the first 2 weeks were 90% unreturned. I have spoken with a "Scott, Ben, and Aaron" When you do finally reach someone they tell you what you want to hear and follow thru with NOTHING. I am heading into week 4 without a vehicle, which it came to my attention through Kia Canada that Keffer Kia should have provided a vehicle THAT DAY! Our Canadian representative from Kia confirmed on JULY 24TH that nothing had been done towards the repair of the blown motor, not a part had been ordered. I found out today, JULY 29TH, that my car is being towed back to Canada to be fixed. I have been extremely frustrated with this company and recommend if you are looking for a reliable dealership, move on from this one. Please beware!!!!!! Came in to get the headlight bulb replaced took them 45 minutes. I had the bulb and they charged me $30 to swap it out. Then they did not put the back cover plate on the back which caused the new bulb to burn out from condensation in 6 months. So, I had to buy a new back cover plate for the headlight and a new bulb which cost around $100 to replace. I then went to Hendrick Kia of Concord who installed the new bulb & cover plate for free. I know where I'm going from now on.

Saw an advertised special on their website and spoke to the chat person on the website. They connected me to the internet sales manager that confirmed the price. I then set up an appointment to see the car. When I arrived at the appointment, the sales consultant couldn't find the car, so I had to wait 20 minutes for him to locate it, even though they knew I was coming. We started the test drive, only to find out one of the tires was almost flat, so back to the dealer, wait to the fix the tire, then back for the test drive. Finishing the test drive, we sit down to start talking numbers, only for them to tell me that the price on the car is wrong, it's actually $3,000 more than what is advertised and than what their internet sales manager confirmed. No thanks. Very poor experience, in addition to the sales consultant stumbling over the tech features of the vehicle. I'll go somewhere else.

My sales person, Jim Feldmeyer, sales manager Andy Thomson, worked very hard with me to get a deal on a 2017 Sorento LX, the vehicle we wanted was located in Florida. It is in the process of being shipped as I write this review. Now the bad; the out the door price quoted to me, keffer kia did not honor it at the last minute, they wanted $ 2,000 more than our agreed on price. After waiting a week for it to arrive from Florida which should have been a few days at most.Very very disappointing , won't be going back to get swidled, be carefull
