His response was to cancel the deal and return the car rather than honor the coupon that was presented before the sale. Now he refuses to honor a "We Owe" contract about a large scratch on the windshield directly in the driver's view that was noticed on the test drive, and stated that he would take care of. The latest response we received was to claim the damage on our insurance, which would be insurance fraud.
