Getting into Kia for my 10:30 appt (- Friday, to update comp/elec system, per Recall warning) was near impossible - place was PACKED! But Jamie & Andy were both absolutely OUTSTANDING in calming my severe concerns over timing - had me in n out w/in 45 mins WITH car clean on top!! (Was told an hour.) IMPECCABLE!! <3
