Mega hotel. All very friendly and courteous. You feel treated absolutely top. Mega room, pools a dream .. Awesome as a photo backdrop. Great beach, only the jellyfish a bit annoying since we were there with a toddler. Breakfast top selection. If everything goes well, we will come again this year.

This hotel is so opulent - I loved it. It s located on the palm and I had a beautiful view from my room. Staff were excellent and breakfast was delicious too. 5 stars for sure!

Access to beach, and sea view rooms are very good. Best part you can control most of the room with the phone control next to your bed lushhhh. Chandelier and fountain in the lobby is breath taking.
As we enjoyed our stay at an amazing hotel, wowed by everything we left the hotel in huge disappointment. As we checked out all our luggage was moved to the storage room by a porter. We spent our last moments at the spa and when we were headed off after the spa we asked them to move all our stuff into the car. Once we left I noticed my speakers were not in the car. We went back and informed them. They looked at the cctv and could not find anything. They said their porter claimed it was in a white bag, however there was nothing in it. Jumeirah didn't do much after that. Extremely disappointed. This is the first hotel where I've had something of mine stolen. This hotel can't be trusted and I've learned that I should double check my belongings before leaving a hotel.
Compared to any other 5 star hotel I was second to none. Gigantic facility with a lot of possibilities everything your heart desires. Numerous friendly and competent staff.
I especially recommend Arabian Adventures, Dune tours etc. Very well.
A small minus is the price, soft drinks, but especially alcohol is overpriced.
It has a very affordable price depending on the service you receive. Ottoman Turkish architecture example. All kinds of comfort are considered.
I stayed in Hotel Zabeel. companies advise loved most about website not to deal with them. ill at hygiene. bad service. they also bad maintenance. couldn't sleep because wood pellets at room air conditioner astdaaihm. not feasible nor useful. I also informed them that due to the reservation with birthday. tkermo send a rotten fruit. Although God deal with hotels I haven't abused this, and your glory God not toilet clean it before delivery room. client.Please contact me.
I stayed in Saraya Zabeel Hotel..and the Booking website advised not to deal with them .. bad hygiene .. bad service .. also they are bad in maintenance .. I could not sleep for the reason that the room air conditioner had eaten and when I called them .. it is useless and useless .. also I told them that the reason for the reservation was a birthday. You were kind enough to send spoiled fruit .. By God, despite not dealing with hotels, I did not find anything wrong with this hotel..and the toilet, may God bless you ... it was not cleaned before handing over the room. Pure luxury. If you book half board, you can eat in more than 40 restaurant a 3 course menu. At the hotel alone in 5 alacarte restaurant. Of course there is also a buffet restaurant. Rooms are very spacious. BATHROOMS are very luxurious. Everything is provided. There are also slippers and bathing bags.

Remember, if you have American electronics you MUST bring your own adapters for European outlets...the hotel did not have adapters but offered to charge our cellphones.
I lost my wallet and hoped that the hotel would be able to track it down--calling the taxi service where it was probably lost...no luck...I believe they tried...but not extraordinary efforts made...
The concierge offers many things to do, HOWEVER, booking on line can be up to 50% better (that said, online groups can cancel--which happened to us)... so, we booked a dinner cruise through the concierge and our expectations for the price we paid (double) were not met...promises of an air conditioned area were exclusive to GCC guests...or who knows, it wasn't clear except that we melted from the humidity and heat on the upper deck and the food on the cruise was maybe 3-Stars...the idea that we would be able to see the Eid Fireworks also did not happen...
Check-in was fine at the hotel desk, however when the front desk person personally brought us to our room he showed us very little...when we left we still did not know what light switches worked for what lights...

I cut my foot in the open water beach...as the beach has beautiful sands, but the man-made inlet area has very sharp and unaccommodating debri perhaps it was sharp cement--not sure...
We took a little boat tour from the beach activities center that we really enjoyed...
The hotel view was very beautiful, but there is a tremendous amount of construction going on but you don't hear it...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our late anniversary holiday and I have to say we were both blown away by this absolutely gorgeous hotel. Everything in the hotel is stunning and the decor is to die for! The staff are all ever so helpful and attentive to everything and anything you may require. They truly make your stay worth it. The only slight issue I can comment on is maybe rooms should be ready and allocated for people checking in early instead of having to wait around after a long journey. However, you forget that once you submerse yourself into the lush surroundings and enjoy the Arabian culture. Food in all the restaurants is fab and we loved the themed nights. There is a great display of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our favourite out the themed nights was the Pan-Asian night and our favourite restaurant was Amala (Indian cuisine) where we dined twice purely because I loved the butter chicken! Honestly the best butter chicken I have had till date! Can't wait to return next year for my husband's 30th birthday :)
It's great for recreation. Especially, the sauna that can be used without restrictions is really good, and you can enjoy the pool until the night.
Nice and spacious pool , very well maintained and quite popular and busy , the kids club is very clean and quite good for the kids , there is a less attractive kids water area outside it , service is friendly and jumirah best gesture , free water all day

Massive place, got everything there you can need. As with the rest of Dubai, not cheap but safe for everyone that visits. You'll need a taxis to get around off site.
The view is fabulous if you choose to seat outside. Inside, the saxophone was too loud preventing me to hear my friend's speech. Only one type of bread was available and it did not look very fresh. The service was not what you expect from such a luxurious hotel. The doorman who passed my car keys back was rude. I got overall a good impression just because of the view and the interior design.

Great welcome and vast lobby, service is up to expectaion and beyond.. i have stayed here once long before and kids and family enjoyed it. Must eat indian resturant, really introduces you to indian deliquesces, it also houses Leabnise resturant that lets you taste all that is labanise food.. I recomoned the place strongly..
5 star hotel from start to finish. Extremely helpful, professional staff. Rooms clean, large and well equipped. Breakfast in beautiful restaurants with massive choice of food. Every morning amazing coffee served by smiling waiters. Only one downside - drinks are expensive.

TBH the best hotel experience I have ever had. Staff was too helpful and courteous. They are available for you every second, whether it is security, concierge, waiter, receptionist or butler, everyone tried to go beyond dyty calls to provide you best experience.
Hotel, interiors and views were breathtaking. Simply amazing. Pool and other amenities were best. Food was good. Rooms were awesome. Entrance, lobby and reception were magnificent. Entire hotel was elegant.
I totally recommend it. Worth every penny you spend here.
I love this Hotel,I been there for many time.Environment,Design,Restaurant,swimming pool were all great.It is located in palm Jumeirah and have a very nice view to the sea and marina side.You don't need to stay in this hotel for days to use the facilities.At any time its possible to visit and drink a cup of coffee there. Do not miss it
