Upscale and very clean hotel in the center of Dublin. Room tidy, good bed but rooms were on the small side. For families rather 2 rooms. Breakfast menu was very large and good.
Very good for exploring Dublin on foot. Nearby restaurants, attractions and pubs.
Easily accessible to the airport by taxi. Unfortunately there is no wellness area available for the rates requested. Hence a star deduction.

The location, staff and room quality can't be beat. Just a three minute walk to Trinity College and 30 second walk to Temple Bar area. The walk to Jameson Whiskey museum is about 10 minutes and the Guinness Storehouse is about 20 minutes by foot.

Wonderful hotel, great service and fantastic location. The hotel is located literally across the street from the Temple Bar area, super close to a Tesco's and any restaurant you want. It's also within walking distance of Trinity College, Christ Church, the Liffey and many attractions. Definitely a great place to stay to be near everything. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are very roomy, and Wi-Fi works great.

Great business hotel. Convenient central location a block from the River Liffey and the university. Very walkable.

The shower water pressure is a revelation: no conservation is happening here. Wow. Intensely hot too. Comfy bed and bedding, and they have the same great steel-cut oatmeal as every other Westin. Rest of the rooms (especially tiles and TVs and closet) seem rather tired.

Pleasant staff and check-in. There are two Starbucks within 50 steps of the front door...and Fleet Street is across the Westmoreland Street.

Great hotel in the heart of Dublin. Breakfast at the attached restaurant (The Exchange) is good although not included, and the hotel bar (The Mint) is especially nice for a hotel bar. The WiFi is fast and the staff are helpful and friendly. The concierge made a number of great recommendations and took care of making a reservation for us.

Our experience could easily be 5-star quality, but there were a few issues with our visit that needed polishing up to make this a true 5-star hotel -- first, there was a weird hammering/pounding noise in our room that kept us up late and woke us up early, and second, the toilet in the room leaked so it regularly made noise. When we mentioned the issues to the front desk, they said they would look into them but didn't offer any recourse or compensation. Could have been a great stay, but unfortunately due to this, it was only good.

American Airlines reservations service booked us into this apparently-upscale property for the wrong dates, a year in advance of our actual visit. We, having discovered the AA mistake, cancelled 360 days prior to the date of our supposed visit. The manager of Westin, informed of the error, felt justified in charging us a penalty for the cancellation. I feel obliged to report this to travellers who may consider entrusting the American Airlines hotel reservations service or the apparently-classy Westin property in Dublin.

Terrifically located as a base to see and explore Dublin. Staff is efficient and welcoming. They gave us late check out which really helped. The rooms are comfy with nice amenities. We reserved 3 rooms at the Club level and that was fine. GREAT breakfast for a reduced rate if you add it when you check in so make sure to do that.

Top of the line, it has all the amenities required of a five star hotel. The concierge was not up to date on where the bus picks up on tours and we figured it out. Let them know I can see how the tour company should have updated them. Otherwise all other amenities were great.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in the center of Dublin. Fantastic service and across the street from Trinity College Dublin. The rooms have a great decor and great views. The service was also top notch.

This is a spectacular hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and really nice. The location is also right where you want to be in Dublin. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. There are several pubs close by as well as many restaurants too. Perfect place to stay for your Dublin adventure.

A warm and welcoming place, the staff was always very helpful and ready to accommodate any request. The impression that gives is that of a modern structure outside and warm is familiar on the inside.
