Service was excellent, upgraded us to a family room. Staff are very friendly and helpful

You have to experience that and enjoy it. You just can not say it in words. Also not with pictures. Here you really miss what if you do not come here and enjoy it yourself.

I have already booked several hotels of this class and I still believe that the ambience in this hotel is unbeatable. Very clean. As a guest you are treated like a king. Food, whether buffet or restaurants, is simply terrific. Pool area, beach and private cabana - all a dream. Only the waiting times at the breakfast buffet should be managed better. All in one - a dream from 1001 nights!

Honestly speaking ,I have not been to this place during my visit to Dubai but has seen it only from the outside. As all the places are very beautiful and we'll maintained with all the facilities in Dubai, so as with this place. But if you are a middle class men who have saved a lot for the trip ,you will find this place also as a bit expensive like all the other places there.

Traditional Hammam is amazing the woman who do it are amazing and the feeling and the ambiance is wonderful

Variety of facilities sauna steam rainbow showers and upstairs the masssage facial areas are all lovely

Had the tea and lunch included which was ok not the best but nice, variety of nuts dates and drinks available complimentary throughout the stay which is nice would def com again

There is far better hotels in dubai, breakfast was basic so was the overall service. Some of the rooms stink, you will need to repetitively complain in order to be moved. Most of the restaurants are again very sub standard. Imperium pan asian night was the only time we enjoyed our meal there. We wouldnt return to this hotel. Jumeirahs other hotels are utterly fabulous, this one is deflating after visiting jumeirah beach where you are given immpecable service.

Fantastic in every way possible. Second visit to this hotel and our favourite hotel in Dubai to stay at with out our kids. Staff are food it spot on everything is just perfect.

Staff very friendly. Only that it had too much noise (on the beach mobile phone with music or you watched TV at full volume and then the runway for small planes) food is not 5 stars! Would not recommend this hotel.

The music hall twice a week event is a must see in Dubai. Very classy and alot of fun.
