This hotel is too good to describe in words. From service to food are awesome. Staff service is in place, courteous and very cautious. The rooms are unbeatable, with oversized bathtubs and marble throughout. The luxurious decor is stunning. A little shortcoming can't be picked up. We stayed for a few nights, the concierge recommended us a restaurant, helped book a spa, the amount of information was very rich, and we were always ready to help. Will I come again? Of course, we don't want to go!

A charming hotel, one of the wonderful hotels I've visited, it is a real Saraya, from the interior design, to the luxurious environment and rooms. The only one downside is the expensive restaurants. All in all, I enjoyed my stay the most. Thank you Jumeirah Saray.
Great place to stay... first class amenites... Awesome service, awesome rooms and suits.. Recommended to visit in December to January as we can get some offers..
This visit is our tenth time at Zabeel. Great pool and private beach, lovely staff, excellent restaurants. Upgrade to Club Lounge for amazing breakfasts and unlimited fizz and sushi 6-8pm. Highly recommended.
If you have any food allergies this is not the hotel to stay at my son has a nut allergy and just so they cover their backs made me sign a waver form and has hardly any thing without nuts ( nuts being one of the most common allergies in the world) spoke to several managers all useless oh almost forgot you need to top up your account otherwise halfway through your holiday they will hunt you down and embarrass you in front of your friends saying you have run out of credit.
Hugely enjoyable stay in a superb hotel. The staff were attentive and as plentiful as they were helpful. A beautiful room came with a versatile, soothing shower plus an extraordinary bath. The needs were comfortable and amenities comprehensive. One surprise was the quality of the WiFi. I have become used to hotel's WiFi lacking speed and reliability but this was great and even worked from the beach. The food was our only slight reservation. Breakfast was lacking, though more than adequate. Amala, Lalezar and Al Nafoorah all provided meals of a high standard and even the milkshakes from The Plaj were delicious. However, I would avoid the food there. The flat iron steak was dreadful, I suspect we were unlucky as it had to be off but it did ruin the rest of the meal. We were on the useful half board package so didn't complain. If we had ordered something else perhaps there would be no complaints. Overall, a brilliant hotel and somewhere you will want to return.
Room needed two visits from the plumber to fix our faulty shower. Bad attitude and rudeness of Eastern European Male staff on the reception desk during our visit.
Wonderful experience, with professional and caring staff. Amit at breakfast in the imperium restaurant was an amazing host and William at concierge wat can I say outstanding service. Well worth the money and will definitely stay at zabeel saray again wen visiting dubai.
Normal reception for a 5-star hotel but the cleanliness is questionable, the rooms are very dark, no room preparation for the night, therefore service revised downwards because of COVID19 but the price remained the same. I cannot recommend it.
Im disgusted bad check in not clean rooms most disgusting childrens pool the water is murky the buffet was very sad the emporium all round not a great experience
Unreal. I never thought Las Vegas hotels could be matched - until I came here and realised that this is like a Vegas hotel, but in the Middle East. Breathtaking service and breathtaking architecture.
1. Classical architecture but well maintained 2. Assumed it would be great overall but have tiny problems that wouldn't be attended to, on time. Pleasantly surprised to find great attention to detail and continuous quality service 3. Valet and taxi pickup: Valet has issues. They try to compel you to use their standard fare taxis which are readily available but more expensive than usual cabs. Stick to your guns, they'll get you a normal taxi. But they do favor certain foreign guests over others if you're not vigilant on your place in the queue. 4. Bathrooms can be fitted with health faucet/jet spray next to W/c on bidet. Genius personal touch! 5. Good food overall. 6. Good artworks on common walls.
Beautiful resort. Our gorgeous room with a princely bathroom. The kind staff, a thousand attentions for guests, friendliness and helpfulness. Excellent breakfast with endless choice. Always clean everywhere. Manicured beach. Fantastic pool area. Nice restaurants and great food. The spa is simply magnificent I am thrilled with everything. Wonderful !

Great hotel right on the palm and about 45 minutes from the airport. Breakfast, comfort and service are worth the 5 stars. A hawk helps to keep other birds away from the breakfast buffet on the terrace. Top!
So we were not staying at the hotel , We just went to have a family day on the beach , First we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to assist us and take us to the beach , Second we had to pay twice the price we usually pay at other hotels and then they charge for kids also while other hotels dont ! well you would say ok then you must get a better service , but NO . I take the kids to the kids club and they ask for payment again , I was like we already paid so they asked for a receipt , I had to go all the way back to reception and look for the person who took the payment and did not give us a receipt ! How annoying and bad communication between staff that I had to run here and there while kids are waiting ! And then at the end we ordered food which was just fine and as usual the kids did not eat at the time so I asked for a box and they were like we do not allow food take away, like I was taking food from a buffet or something , so we ended up leaving all the food that cost 200$ !! I just want to add that the whole thing cost us 700$ ! Very expensive with bad service , Not going back again
One of the best hotels I've ever been in, contains more than what you need, restaurants, nice beach, kids area, fantastic spa, shops, ... Pick a time and do not hesitate.
Awesome! Amazing! For sheer opulence you cannot better the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, the reception and front of hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooms are amazing, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design of the hotel and the theme throughout is the same .... Luxury & class in a classical ottoman style.

I visited there as my office trip. It was awesome Hotel like a palace. Huge pool area, close beach Awesome services, rooms, breakfast area and everything.... I don't have words to explain... It was great experience over there...
Absolutely outstanding A hotel where guests definitely are well looked after. We had 2 examples of this 1..after aday of rain.....yes thats right ...rain...the plaj bar was closed for h+s reasons as high winds were causing havoc...so the happy 2 hours which was normally held in plaj bar was moved to sultans lounge

A little apprehensive on our arrival as our last visit was marred by an unfortunate water leak we quickly realised there was nothing to be concerned about as we experienced Jumeriah Zabeel Saray in all of its Ottoman inspired glory!
From manager Harshal who booked us into a palatial suite to 'Amal' who was not only attentive, courteous but always professional (the true gem of the hotel) - the staff at ZS are what an exemplary team in hospitality looks like. With an in-room sauna, gargantuan bathtubs and deckchairs out in the balcony, it was extraordinary to see the faultless efforts of the hardworking cleaning team whose attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
Breakfast at the hotel was visually stunning with glass chandeliers and luxurious modern decor and the selection encompassed everything for the Asian palate to the necessities for thr Western traveller. Appreciation goes to the staff who delivered prompt and thorough services throughout the week. Only suggestion, maybe create a 'smaller' duplicate version of the juice bar at the other end of the hall as it become exhaustive having first thing in the morning, especially if you are seated near the back?!
Taking advantage of the Jumeriah Flavours, we as a group were delightfully immersed into a selection of award-winning restaurants across Dubai for dinner and filly experienced the Emirati take on international cuisine.
Zabeel Saray is a pleasantly serene hotel where guests are not having to condone noisy and bad behaviour which is one of the main reasons we always love coming back.. as well as the private cinema, magically dramatic spa and private beach which is just 11 steps away from the Club Lounge (we counted)!
