Very nice new hotel with friendly staff and great service. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. We had a huge bathtub almost the size of a pool. The sea was very warm, unfortunately too warm to cool off, but there were many beach chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. At the pools were everywhere lifeguards, which made you feel safe with children. There was even a covered area to escape the sun. The food was delicious and very varied only the drinks were very expensive.

Great place, as a platinum club member i can't recommend it enough. Stuff is super friendly and well organized. Pool and private beach are amazing. There are plenty of sunbeds, kids poll and 59m swimming pool for adults if you like to work out a bit. Stuff will take care that you always have cold water in an ice bucket for free and if you want to treat yourself there is an open restaurant with a great variety of beer and food.

Need a "Mumbai" staycation? Especially in Dubai? Come on down to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Part of a chain of hotels, this one's got a little "impossible" feeling. Clue: Tom rides a cruise on the way to a mission that's impossible, unless there's a ghost on protocol. With it's own cinema, and a bathtub the size of your pool, this is a place that's "IMPOSSIBLE" to miss!

Beautiful place, staff are very professional & food is great, loved the idea of cinema. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the cinema because there was no air conditioning. We complained many times about air condition in reception area, cinema and restaurants. The worst thing than feeling hot is noticing the staff sweating but they are professional enough to keep smiling and serving!!! Also I was annoyed because Ads promoted by them about special promos for UAE residents turned to be ....!!! They must consider adding entertainment like a band, a singer or any type of show in any of their restaurants.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you're ever in Dubai. It's very luxurious. The breakfast is very good. You can spend your day in the swimming pool area & the award winning Talise Spa (free entrance & facilities usage for staying guests). Before sunset you can enjoy the city as there's not much to do in the daytime because of the heat (in summer).

Upon checkin, we were welcomed and treated very well, this was at 1am. We also were upgraded room wise twice which is beyond awesome. The lobby and reception area is stunning, the staff are all very well trained and are always available to help.

There were also a whole heap of free extras that are discussed at checkin.

The breakfast buffet has a good selection, I would recommend going before 9am as it gets very busy between 9:30 - 11am.

The restaurants in the hotel are not cheap, however they serve good food. However it was not worth that sort of money. When we dined at the hotel we experienced Imperium, Al Nafoorah and Plaj.

The pool area is really well setup with areas for swimming and sunbathing. You must go and swim to the private beach, the water is warm! It s like a spa bath. The hotel have various water sport activities you can do. Also along the beach there is sunbeds as around the pool area.

Poolside, we had exceptional service including sunglass cleaning, towel services, free ice cream.

Our housekeeper Maria was amazing! Always did a great job and made sure we were stocked up with water, coffee, tea e.t.c

The nanny services were A+++ Zarina is a lovely sitter and we were more than impressed with how she dealt with our 2 year old.

All in all it s a nice place to relax, showing it s age a bit but a lovely stay in general. I would return.

Ah, jumeirah! They take the simple and make it grand, the mundane and make it luxurious. We spent the weekend there as we were celebrating my parents anniversary. They went above and beyond to get their rooms ready with a small surprise, and the rest of us were not forgotten as we each received a little extra sweets for our rooms. The rooms were comfy, the beds cloud like and the views spectacular. Only 2 things bothered us on this trip: 1] babies in the room next door that kept yelling and 2) the lounge was on the other side of the hotel and not on the same floor we were staying on. Other than this, an amazing stay and definitely worth repeating.

Ein arabischer Traum. Dieses Hotel kann ich mehr als empfehlen. Es ist Kinderfreundlich und Behindertengerecht. Die Aussicht egal zu welcher Seite hammer. Zum einen in The Palm hinein mit Blick auf das Atlantis und in die Ferne den Burj More

Location location location...... five stars ..... a little far to get to but the Hotel rooms are very large and plush ...... staff hospitable enough but get to know them and they look after you well. .... grrat restaurants are expensive but small bar out the back is worth a visit to enjoy a beer and wine (or more) and amazing views over the palm and city - if you are brave try one of the water activities that are also on the doorstep

Pool too crowded with kids...very noisy and most people swimming with their cloths on. That is nor hygienic nor standards of a 5stars resort. Check in and check out way too slow and breakfast was poor. Only positive note was the room and specially the bathroom, but wont renew the experience...

We only arrived on Thursday 29th August and booked into a club room (437)very nice but have stayed in better rooms in the other Jumeirah hotels, we are here for 18days and after the first day we have not had any replacement bathroom products ie shower gel, shampoo or conditioner, I know this is minimal but would expect better from this class if hotel, also our toilet area smells of drains

The same chain of hotels as the Burj Al Arab, although the interior of this one is at least as good as the Burj

Staff are incredibly helpful, service is impeccable

Rooms, bathrooms, showers are all bigger and more luxurious than you could ever hope for

This hotel is a luxurious experience that you would never beat without spending insane sums of money.

That moment when you enter the Zabeel saray (palace) you feel you're in one of ottoman empire palaces (Topkap ).
Perfect amenities and liked their Penhaligon's items
Jumeirah chain done big effort in interiors, design, decor, ambiance of the place you fall in love in each corner of the hotel , you can't get enough
Lalezar restaurant a good option if you want to try traditional Turkish food , breakfast at imperium is rralky decent with the outdoor seating.

A perfect stay away from the hustle of the city!

I booked a room for my brother s anniversary as gift to him and his wife. He drove all the way from another city with his wife, but they turned them back in a rude way. The reason you ask? They provided valid Canada and UAE drivers license yet they asked for passports and their passports were with Canada embassy for visa issuance. You judge for yourself. What they did was against the law, rude, and they did not show any curtesy whatsoever.

This is a luxurious and quiet hotel overlooking the sea. It has a large swimming pool overlooking the beach and a great reception. The deluxe room overlooking the sea does not have a coffee machine and the parquet flooring is very annoying because it is not well installed and the views are partially blocked because of the broken ground buildings.

What an amazing place, breath-taking, so luxurious with a modernized Arabian decoration theme. Inside the hotel there are a few luxury shops as well. As for the room service food, it was a mesmerizing experience, the presentation, the flowers and the taste is mouth-watering.
