Amazing experience in palm jumeirah Dubai all the time and any time

A great hotel with great service. All staff very nice and friendly, huge rooms, delicious food (quite expensive), just fantastic .. We loved it.

Every thing it's very hard to find a fault with anything

A very nice hotel, very elegant. It is worth knowing it but if you do not speak English it is complicated since the staff does not speak Spanish. If you want to spend a quiet stay this hotel is not the right one because there are many children.

Best place to unwind. Pool is amazing and the spa is out of this world... can not wait to open all facilities already!!!

Mission: Impossible / Ghost Protocol It was a nice hotel with a gorgeous and Arab look in appearance and rooms.
Early check-in was also free and I made a reservation with city view, but made it ocean view
When I saw Palm Jumeirah from the room and went out to the terrace, the view was very good It was good that the room was clean and the bath was quite big
I stayed at the anniversary, so he decorated it with a swan made of roses and towels.

The private beach and pool are nice and you can spend a fairly relaxing time, so it is recommended for those who want a relaxing stay, but it is inconvenient for those who want to go downtown or go sightseeing here and there. If you don't always take a taxi or train, you can't act. But it is a recommended hotel
Also the breakfast was delicious

Great hotel huge bath great beach everything perfect. Long is about 30km away from Dubai Down Town Taxi about 70 AED 25 .

Amazing views and a wonderful hotel actually distinguished summit of excellence overlooking the beach and there is congestion on the hotel and very beautiful in terms of design and hand - style and a beautiful hall with a harmonious lights may be expensive already ..

My family and I have just arrived back in the UK from a week s stay at the Zabeel Saray. Probably the best hotel we have ever visited. The service was fantastic with the hotel staff always more than happy to accommodate our requirements. Two individuals in particular made the service at the hotel exceptional, these were Joby at the Imperium who helped cater for us as we are all vegetarians and also the bellboy Jagdish who went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

We lived in the Jumeirah Resort Villas Zabeel Saray on the Palm Jumeirah island, and the services are all classy and excellent. There is a shared pool for the villa complex directly overlooking each villa as well as the seaside very close on foot, suitable for families and a beautiful experience

The restaurant is wonderful, the service is excellent, the roasts are good at the Czech Out, the head of the Jumeirah group is wonderful and cooperative, I complained to him on one visit and we got back, actually in Dubai the good treatment Come first, the best of visitors and the perfect service are the foundation, thank Zabeel, thank you Jumeirah.

There are so many options in the Palm and next time, I will pick another one. I had been coordinating with the hotel beforehand (we were on a half board plan). At no time, were we informed that the Al a carte restaurants would be fully booked - this was hugely disappointing. Upon check-in, we were also not informed.The first night we had to eat at Imperium which had no vegetarian options (although some food was made for us, this restaurant had a cafe feel and not a luxury restaurant). We managed to book Amala for the second night which was great. We were upgraded to the seaview and the view was good. The room itself was good and large. The hotel had a huge number of staff but most were not smiling or friendly. They did not look happy. The hotel had a mass market feel (not personalised at all) and the only pool was relatively small. The free water and ice lollies was great but overall quite disappointing at this price point. Did not feel like a valued guest at all throughout our stay. Whilst billed as a family hotel, the main pool was quite deep (the children's area was fine but not as good as the pictures make out). The beach was disappointing, sharp and rocky. The spa was good. Breakfast was only ok, could have been a lot better. When you pay this sort of price, you expect real luxury and this was not it. I would not recommend, given the number of other options available.

A true 5 stars hotel with all the amenities and facilities needed to make your stay comfortable and pleasurable. Located on the Palm on the last crescent and home for the famous Music Hall club.

One of the worst hotels I have been in ... The deal is very bad, and the manager there was his name, Suhail Al-Mansouri, his style is very unimpressive, and I used to check it with them on the third Eid.

Such a beautiful experience at this stunning hotel. Food and service were top notch! Fully recommend this hotel to those looking for a relaxing vacation.

this hotel is a major step down vs Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Al Qasr and Al Naseem. Big disappointment.

Nothing really to say except for 20/10. Stayed here for 4 nights as the last destination of a 5 week holiday. This ended my trip perfectly. From the extraordinary service throughout all staffing sectors, to the cleanliness, to the amnetities. I could search all day and not find one negative thing to say. See you next year.

Faultless. Everyone very helpful always greeted with a smile and a chat. Meals great. Room to die for with large bath. Large bed, seating and a good view even though building work going on. Good pool area and private beach.

Very beautiful property and after a bit of a mix-up with our meal deal, it was sorted with smiles and a room upgrade. Would definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay and fantastic service. Beautiful to the eye but also authentic in its decor for the region.

The place is very impressive, with luxury facilities. Taxi is easy to get from there, and there is a nice grocery store in a walking distance, in the Taj building, super convenient. I got very hungry when walking along the beach back to Zaabel and was happy to find a place with food on the way, with coffee, drinks, bakery and other snacks.

An awesome hotel with outstanding service, hospitality, meals & location. Friendly staff with always a smile on their faces. Stunning rooms with a large bath / enjoyed the spa, sauna and hot baths. Will surely be paying a visit again to this magnificent saray

Location is quite a bit away from the waterpark/mall of the Emirates (30-40 minutes) and even further from some of the key landmarks like the Burj Khalifa ect. However it is an amazing hotel with huge rooms, a fantastic pool and spa, great service and is quiet where you won't be constantly surrounded by people. It was a great stay.

We have been staying here with my son and his family for the past week.
It is our fourth trip and we absolutly love it. Tranquility and relaxation in an out of this world location. All the staff are excellent, but our room cleaner was outstanding. Roopam was ever so helpful,and made our stay even better.

The rooms are spacious, walk-in shower and a marble bathtub.
A breakfast buffet is very good with lots of choice.
Free shuttle service is available every 3 hours to go to Emirates mall, Madinat jumeirah, waterpark.
The smiling staff all helpful and kind and not to mention the Talise spa that is among the best spa in the world.
If you dream of a mile and a hotel nights you will be delighted.

It is a very nice place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Also it has unique design from the inside and the spa area is great and has great facilities for example it has a ice room which was first time experience to me. The food is tasty as well. One tip you will enjoy being sprayed with cool water while relaxing at beach which i like honestly. Also the staff are friendly and helpful.

Unexplained staff as they checked me in in 50 mins plus changing my room twice duo to technical issue

We had a sit down dinner for our group there.
Food was ok, not very great, ambience was good.
We could realise the importance of venue only after searching for our location on Google maps, otherwise we could have had our dinner in any of the hall in Grand Hyatt Dubai where we were staying.
