Amazing hotel with good wheelchair access. Sauna was great and had a fabulous facial. Food was good and Jumeriah Flavours allowed access to other hotel restaurants in the group. Staff on the beach helped the wheelchair on and off the sand which was also very much appreciated.

Can only rate the lounge, as we had only arranged a shisha. Was probably the most luxurious environment ever for this. The hotel makes an exquisite impression. Everything was very clean and noble. Even in the toilets is a boy who gives you the towel to dry off. So much luxury is almost uncomfortable.

It is one of the top hotels in Dubai.Excellent service, large rooms (in this case a superior one) with huge double beds. Very large and very comfortable bathroom. Staff always ready to assist in any situation. Very Clean. A beautiful (heated) outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful beach with deckchairs and umbrellas and towel service, where from time to time the staff pass by to offer you water with an ice basket, cleaning your sunglasses (incredible!) And ice cream . A very high quality Spa with a good gym, Turkish bath and sauna and also an indoor swimming pool. The restaurants are of excellent quality. We went to the Lebanese one where we had truly fabulous meals in a classy environment. To recommend !!!

One of the best hotels in the palm. It is for the people who like to forget every thing in the life and have there private time.
Every thing is there... Gift shops restaurants and more than you can count.. Facing the sea water so it is just steps to walk beside sea water.

HOTEL FROM HELL! I ll be explaining some advantage...

HOTEL FROM HELL! I ll be explaining some advantages mostly negative experience. Some hotels exaggerate their stars this hotel is apparently 5* 5* means that everything is perfect. WELL THIS HOTEL IS NOT. We went as a family because we decided to do a wedding here.

Let s start with breakfast very lazy they only have a 3 rotation breakfast veal, chicken and lamb sausage that s it. Boring breakfast they don t do anything different. Scrambled eggs are rushed they are watery, boiled eggs are not even boiled they are soft and watery. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

My aunty s had a room, the room was flooded with water. Is this 5*? The air conditioners are rubbish you can t adjust it, it is either too hot or too cold, you can t sleep at night I literally couldn t sleep all week. A hotel should have working air conditioning with no problems with it not working HOW IS IT 5*?

We had a wedding, my brother was allowed to bring our 9 month old baby to the shisha area. But the next day we went to go shisha they didn t allow the baby??!! Then they try blaming us and saying it s a private area the wedding area, a private area is a place private to you and if people can see you and walk by how is that private!! Then one of the managers tried giving example of being in an house, sorry but you don t have the public walking by your house watching you do shisha. Rude manager called ibrahim.

We had cold showers for a week and they came to check 3 times and still didn t fix the issue and same with air conditioning. AWFUL EXPERIENCE does a 5* hotel have cold water ?

This place is not for babies Atlantis is better even though it s expensive it meets your requirements and you get more for the money you pay for. This hotel was an absolute rip off. I don t care if the architecture of the hotel is great, how the hotel functions is absolutely RUBBISH.

OVERALL CHEAP HOTEL NOT 5* EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE 3*. The only good thing is the spa and the cleaners do their job well and extremely nice cleaners that s all. I haven t tried the Turkish bath or the private expensive massages but the sauna and jacuzzi are great. But this doesn t make the 5* experience. The sea is just the sea lots of jellyfish but that s nature. Itwas an awful experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! OR THINK TWICE!

Another rudeness was this manager IBRAHIM said we will look after you better next time . THERE IS NO NEXT TIME DUBAI ISNT ROUND THE CORNER FROM LONDON. ALSO IF I WAS TO GO DUBAI NEXT TIME I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS RUBBISH HOTEL.

Positives -

Positives -
*Welcoming & Friendly Staff
*Nicely Decorated & well kept hotel externally & internally
*Feedback for particular staff members - Ibrahim & Omar (front office
managers), Fadi (food operations manager), Adam (manager of the Plaj
restaurant), Simbu & Shruthi (on hand staff in the Plaj restaurant).
*BBQ on the beach courtesy of the Plaj
* Free access to Wild Wadi Waterpark

Negatives -
*Broken glass found amongst the breakfast glasses where juices & waters are kept. I picked the glass up & noticed it, looks for the chunk missing & notified the staff member cutting the fruit nearby. Glass taken away but nothing checked to see if any of the others were the same or if the broken part was amongst the other glasses.
*Apparently the hotel has a policy for not allowing any food from the breakfast buffet to be taken, in the Imperium restaurant. This was not communicated to us during our stay. After one day of being able to do this, the next day we were treated like criminals for taking something...in the middle of the restaurant by one of the staff. This issue was brought up with the front office manager & food operations manager. We felt like we couldn't stay in the hotel after this but gave them a chance based on the conversation & proposal that was laid out by the management for the rest of our stay.
*Glass shard found in my drink whilst I was having breakfast. Shard entered my mouth & the object felt weird, thank god I took it out of my mouth or things would have been worse. Notified the restaurant manager about it who was very apologetic. Said he would investigate as to why this happened & get back to me on a resolution.....never heard anything back from anyone.
*Most evenings whilst heading back to our rooms we would get asked if we were hotel guests...even by the same security guard stationed by the elevators. This got tedious after the 3rd time.
*We made an enquiry with the reception. One of the ladies took our details & said they would get back to us as the marketing team would have to approve. I called before arrival about this & staff over the phone never mentioned needing approval. Waited for 4 plus days & nothing from anyone about our enquiry. Spoke to the front office manager about it, he asked me to fill in a simple form with some details, which would then be sent to the management of the hotel & we would get clearance within 48 hours......again nothing from anyone within the hotel.
*Chistmas Day......the hotel thought it would be good to have Santa come down from the roof....he nearly fell halfway down the building whilst trying to rappel to the shock & horror of children & adults watching the poorly organised & mis-managed stunt. To make things worse, this Santa had a voiceover from someone telling kids Santa is stuck whilst falling....wrapping their presents.
*Upon checkout, the hotel tried to charge us for an item purchased on the beach (fresh coconut). We were given resort credit of 250 AED for free at check in & told we could use this anywhere within the resort including the spa. Didn't utilise the full credit & this was the only item purchased within that but they still tried to say we had to pay for it. Refreshing their memories on how the credit works is not really our job, let alone the other mistakes on the bill (charges for calling the front office manager within the hotel).

Overall a nice hotel. Stayed based on a recommendation but severely disappointed with my stay. Some staff need to be trained on customer service & whilst others need to have the ability to come back to guests when an enquiry is made.

First time I ve spend time here and it was quiet an eventful time!
Kids club staff was not particularly polite and laughed at us when I arrived at 9 am and saw only Male in the kids club, so I have a daughter and obviously for religious reasons and education I would not leave her in a closed space with only men around her as if she need use the lavabos it would be not acceptable to don t have a female around to help her and see her pulling her knickers down, so I had to call a manager who happens to be a woman on that day and she sorted the call to the woman who worked there to come back and start work earlier than 10am.

It was not nice to deal with this and have to explain my point of view and plus I wasted time that I wanted to use to get into the gym and do my workout!

Asides from this people I m the main restaurant was not very nice , asking for a table to seat where we wished was a bit of sacrifice for the employees who always avoided to clean up the tables so we could seat down... making what we wanted like white omelette and asking for almond milk had been a issue too, they always bring a tiny amount of small plates to the point that I complained about it and asked them if they running out of milk or eggs!!

The hotel build inside it s stunning , room views also very pleasurable but over all I don t think the prices matched what we gotten there... it s has to improve a lot.

As well gym facilities it s old fashion there is no machine to train gluteos , abdominal and the mates on the floor are so old that feels like a 1 star pension where people go to spend 4 days when they don t have money to afford a nice hotel.

Outside the swimming pool area was full and people leave the staff out like trying to keep the beds for themselves all day long w makes impossible for the guests to arrive anytime and have a bed available.

Definitely far from a 5 start resort.

I've been only on the pool and spa and I have to say that this place is truly beautiful. It's very green, there are a a lots of natural shade. It is very big so you can always find some space to hide under the trees and hove some privacy. Even in the middle of the summer it's nice to stay here.
It's very quiet, they play very relaxing music and you can also here a lot of birds.
Very relaxing place, you didn't feel like you are in Dubai.
