Excellent service, cleanliness and food. Truely a 5 star hotel

Must stay place in Dubai forget sheikh zayed or any other hotel. I spend 3 days and I was very satisfied I stayed here, worth it and will stay again

One of the best hotels in the UAE in terms of service and comfort, and it has many services and amenities

simply out of this world. Amazing interiors, super lavish and spacious. You would love the decor, the tastefully done entrance plaza, entrance lobby with fountains and immense space and volume. The staff is helpful and guides you perfectly. It is worth every penny spent. The experience is amazingly beautiful. One must visit atleast once to get the feel of the whole place.

I never stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, however, I tried the Turkish restaurant there and it was good, also I ve tried the Spa and it was amazing. Also, the restaurant in the lobby was great especially during winter in Dubai.

Amala restaurant, food is good but not worth the money, albeit I used groupon voucher.

One of most beautiful properties in Dubai... If someone is bored from Atlantis, can spend quality time here in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray....

Wonderfully relaxing, very nice staff and perfectly located on the column island. We had half board and that was good, because the 5 restaurants would otherwise be very expensive. But the food is legal and very good. Only the drinks are on top and also cost a lot! Nevertheless, a really nice hotel, highly recommended, for couples, families and singles.

I booked it two days. The openness of the swimming pool and the food inside the rooms are wonderful and the breakfast meal is wonderful but it is not varied enough. My hotel rating is 7/10 and its problem is far from service. And outdoor restaurants

We tried the pool/beach day & it worth it. We enjoyed everything. Ambiance, service & food were all great!

As club guests no drinks on arrival. The rooms air conditioning was not working properly. We called the engineer. The lobby's have a horrible smell like the carpets need cleaning. The lifts carpet rugs look filthy.At dinner or lunch everytime it came to pay they brough us a bill.Then I said to them everytime I am club guest it needs to be zero.Then they would go back tand make the bill zero for me to sign.The lobby floor was dirty where we ate our food .The grounds outside wasn't any better rubbish everywhere.Dead leaves everywhere and the floor walking areas need a good clean.The walk near the beach on the footpath was full of dead leaves bottles masks.Trees ,plants ,overgrown.The lamposts need painting.Generally the grounds were not 5 star.I visited this hotel many times it was first class.However now the standards have slipped.Even the dress code in club areas.Zabeel needs to get this hotel in first class order

After several stays in Jumeirah Al Qasr this time on the palm tree in Jameirah.
A bit off the beaten track, of course. But there is a shuttle to the Mall of Emirates. Run every two hours. By taxi about 35 dirhams to Dubai Mall about 60 - 70 dirhams. No problem with the cheap taxi prices.
The room was a good size with a huge bathtub. Also big TV but unfortunately only ZDF in German. But you are not there to watch TV.
Houskeeping excellent. Rooms always cleaned quickly and prepared for the night. Haven't seen the staff once so discreetly we worked here.
Water is always sufficiently refilled in the room. Without calculation, of course.
Buffet restaurant very good. Themed buffets that leave nothing to be desired. Whether oysters or king prawns, everything is of the finest quality.
In the summer half-board and two drinks were included with us.
Of course the drinks are expensive. You are also in a luxury hotel. But that must also be clear to you. And you shouldn't complain afterwards either. Luxury is expensive.
House water 1.5 liters 28 dirham beer 45 dirham.
Breakfast would cost 160 dirhams.
Without HP, it gets steep.
But the quality is excellent and the service perfect.
There are also specialty restaurants: Indian, Turkish, Lebanese and Mediterranean, which can also be visited with half board. However, without drinks.
Pool and beach great.
Service on request at the beach and pool.
Water is free and unlimited.
The short distances are also nice.
Once we had contact with a jellyfish. Spray on it from Lifegard and everything is good.
The sea is of course not warm in summer but hot. The cooled pool is great for refreshing and it is also a nice size.
I have never seen public toilets this clean in any hotel.
There is always an employee there, cleaning and servicing. Anyone who likes to vacation in a luxury bathing hotel is definitely right here. The only disadvantage is the drawer. But anyone looking for relaxation is in perfect hands here.

Beautiful location, luxurious rooms and amazing service.

It was nice but I dinit like that it takes a century just earn kids club and your room oh speaking of kids clud it's for 4 years and up and it's for baby's ,the food was nice and quick, waitress are nice and get you anything you want it was nice the pool if HUGE it was fun ! I love this place soo much .w.

I recently went on vacation to the United Arab Emirates, and I stayed at this hotel in a great location, I liked it because it was clean, tidy, and there was good service, a place for every taste. the staff was kind and responsible, always attentive, prepared for everything, it was a pleasant impression, highly recommended

Super place for a relaxed swim and SPA. The best in dubai for sure. Ottoman spa was the best experience you could get. Staff were very professional and warm. The Infused water, Ginger Tea and water feels out of this world. Snow room is just fun.

Nice food in Amla restaurant, very nice ambiance n location. Very well maintained 5 star deluxe property.

Amazing hotel with a lovely opulent grandeur. Amazing restaurants in particular Amala the Indian cuisine was the best I ve ever tasted. A lovely spa and excellent private beach too.

Luxurious resort with stunning views of the palm jumeirah and Dubai Marina. The moment you step inside the hotel you are treated like royalty. There is a slight problem with crows stealing food and ruining the atmosphere.

Would never stay here again. Very far out the way! They've changed the half board so you are stuck having to have dinner and not a choice of dinner or lunch. Most restaurants you have to pay a supplement as well. Complained to manager who More

I had high expectations of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray until I visited the place.
Facility is average. The Turkish bathtub in the room was leaking water. I was not offered a replacement room despite my complaint.
The breakfast at Imperium was disappointed, pancakes was not fresh, orders were mixed between ours and other customers. Dinner at the beach was very good but the outdoor staff did not know the discount rate on F&B we were offered by the front office lack of communication , we had to go through some back and forth talks until they figured out our special rates. The pool was very concentrated with chlorine covid-19 precautionary measures but again it was very concentrated to the point that we could not open eyes under water. The pool closes at 8pm however we have been told its open 24 hrs. Most likely will not visit again !

We go to the Plaj restaurant frequently and the food and drink is excellent, but above all the staff are first class, if I could give them six stars I would. Well done

Great place for sun and city holidays. The hotel is tastefully decorated in Ottoman style. There was plenty of service and desire for every function, even the men's toilet had its own cleaner, who was responsible for cleaning, opening the tap and hand towel. The pool continued almost to the sea. The restaurant offering was top notch, especially considering that all 40 restaurants in the Jumeirah hotel chain were available at various hotels in the Dubai area. The location was no problem at the last end of the palm island. The journey took only about 25min. Downtown Dubai and taxis are really inexpensive.

We had an amazing stay at Jumeriah Zabeel Sarah. The staff members were professional and extremely helpful; especially Vikas and Omar from private dinning. Whatever we asked for was delivered with a smile. The room was magnificent, well kept and had a great view. I would definitely choose the Jumeriah group next time I'm looking for a hotel.

Hotel has the best restaurants combination in Dubai in my eyes (French, Vietnamese, Turkish, Indian, Steaks, etc.)

Absolutely amazing experience from the minute we arrived. Staff are very helpful and friendly... the hotel has a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. It even smells divine. We went there with my 4 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it.

They have a kids play area which includes a sand pit, slides and swings, a pool area with toys and a pool area with slides, as well as an indoor sindbad kids club which offers soft play, arts and crafts, Lego, console games and movie showings. They have another pool area for the adults, older children and a shallower section for the youngsters also. Then there is the clean private beach area where kids can play while the adults can sunbathe. The sinbad club also offers babysitting services at an extra cost.

The hotel offers watersports at additional costs. They even have a free cinema room which shows 3 family movies a day, 11am and 2pm are more kids movies while the 8pm show is for the older kids. They have a spa facility which we did not use so dont know how it is.

There is unlimited access to the wild wadi water park with a free shuttle bus and free towels provided at the park.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable with total blackout curtains to give a great night's sleep. The housekeeping are very good, they come by and clean the room in the morning or early afternoon and then pop by again in the early evening around 6 or 7ish to ask if you need anything refreshing in the room.

The breakfast was good offering a nice variety of foods. And kids under 4 get lunch free and they offer a good menu. We dined at the Amala Indian restaurant... this we didn't enjoy much as the food was not authentic Indian food. It was actually quite bland and tasteless... we had the tasting menu and tried pretty much every dish on the menu and didn't like much. The chocojamun for dessert was nice.

We had a really great experience and would definitely recommend as a relaxing resort holiday. We will visit again for sure.

Sorry for the extra long review but there is so much good to say about this hotel.

One of the best,most luxurious and cleanest hotel that I have been into!!!! Customer service and hospitality are outstandingly amazing !!! Well done guys, every single min in that hotel was extraordinary. Super friendly staff, breakfast was incredibly good !!! I can write 2 pages and still not enough with the experience that we had. Def I will be back.

Well it is a 5 star Hotel, but the price does not stop convincing everything there is ...

Brunch was brilliant great food lovely hotel not to be missed.

Came here for 2 night stay with my family. We had the junior suite and the room was showing it s age but overall was nice and spacious. There was a HUGE lack of communication between the staff.

They offered me afternoon tea since
I had the junior suite and I asked about the timing and no one mentioned that I require to reserve 24hr before I show up.
I asked for birthday cake (that I would pay for) for my son s birthday while our stay and they totally forgot about it, even though I reminded them when I checked in. The valet parking staff took about 45mins to bring my car.

I made a complain and they offered me 50% discount on my in room service for dinner that I had.

Overall, beautiful hotel and it s starting to show it s age a bit. Staff was confused but friendly. I heard so much about the hotel, but very unfortunate experience. Don t see myself going back.

A private beach and a suitable place for swimming and water activities, but the atmosphere was dusty and hot and my experience was not enjoyable

Oh this hotel is beautiful and magestic ! We went there for the beach and pool area and didn't check in . Their beach is very clean and they have a special area for the kids so families and other people kids don't bother your relax and chill time which usually happens at most resorts.
