It doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel!!
And the furniture is old a bit

Very elegant hotel but the greek buffet was really bad

A perfect Hotel. High ceiling, fountains, great entrance... Rooms are perfect, spotlessly clean... Temp controlled pool... More than enough room service (they are coming to room more at least 3 times in a day). Staff are all helpful and smiling. You cannot get bad mood while people smiling constantly. Etc. Etc.

All in all, with all the ambience hotel is literally a Palace from Ottoman Era.

The only negative thing is the prices. As it's a luxury hotel, it's really expensive. One can of cola (small) costs 26 aed (about 8 usd). But I believe this will be a minor point for those who already chose this hotel.

This has to be the best part of our stay in dubai. ..extremely well mannered staff, amazing room service and awesome decor!!

We stayed in the apartment nextdoor during our Dubai trip and went to Zabeel Saray for buffet breakfast. Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view like other hotels in the same area, good service by staff, standard food, enjoyed our breakfast. Overall, it was a standard breakfast experience for all of us. Thank you.

The service could be a bit faster, especially when there is a lot going on, you have to know that the hotel is on the very edge of the Palm Ring, so you have to drive to the center, for example, always a 30 km drive and that works only by taxi, as there is no other option, very time consuming, and depending on cost-intensive

Opulent and luxurios interiors with an array of good restaurants. The Imperial suite floors and truly royal! A must visit if you wish to bask in luxury and spoil yourself a little.

Its a excellent place with amenities... Great service by the hotel people... Fantastic ambience.... I would recommend a must vist property for atleast one night stay atleast in dubai...

Chic hotel! Everything is excellent, and everything is top notch, a lot of attention of the staff, clean area, delicious food, a small cozy beach, some clean water, a beautiful design of the hotel, especially pleased with the SPA, cleaning the room several times a day, changing towels forever, the only thing that the staff comes in in the room when you don t expect them)), especially when you are in the bathroom or in the toilet or change your clothes and suddenly the doors open and the staff goes in, which leads to not convenience ..)) everything else is just luxurious, the breakfasts are chic, a very large choice!

Nice, food is great beside the pool.
Pool was packed, but there was social distance.
A bit cooler by 1 degree wild be nice but the hotel was not open. Washrooms were very warm!
Maybe we will go back.

One of the best locations of all points of view; no comment; everythings is more as excellent: the restaurant, the service room, the high vibe, the management, the receptions, etc.

I dont know where to start! Zabeel saray is a dream, you will never want to go back to your house after staying there.. the atmosphere carries you in a arabian fantasy and every penny spent there is worth it.

Hotel liked. Grand Palace in oriental style. A lot of gold, gorgeous.) I liked the room, quite decent, clean and beautiful. Very pleased with the bed! You fall like a cloud, perfect). The food in the hotel is very good. A great variety of everything at any meal time (we took full board.) The beach is our own, the sea is hot, since there is a cooled swimming pool on site. Spazona very pleased, all for a complete buzz and relaxation. The only negative thing is that there is no place to go on Palma, you need to go to the city. But we found a way out, took individual excursions from Shang Tours and wonderful walks were provided. I really liked to go with a tete-a-tete guide. Group tours are completely different, generally not comparable with the individual. Affordable prices, this is Shan Tours.)

If you're here for a good meal or just visiting the Talise spa, this is a place for a good evening, a romantic night, a fun night with friends or just a meeting over coffee.

Definitely a 5 star destination on all accounts with a tendency for being a great place for a staycation for residents.

This is great place. We like it to much. The pool and beach very good. The food is very nice in all restaurants. But of course everything is expensive. But for small items like water, juice or chocolate and ice cream there is one building name Grandeur Residence. On the ground floor there is small minimart they sell grocery items. Have a nice day.
PS' They have also fresh fruits and vegetables. We like the place to much

It's so impressive and gorgeous place to be there. In all senses.

We were only here for dinner. Location is hard to reach by public transport, so you have to chose a taxi but because the taxi price is really fair, this shouldnt be an issue. Lobby and the outside of the Hotel looks amazing. Super friendly staff, the steak restaurant had really good dinner options.

A must visit in dubai.the ambience the service. All is just amazing.the staff are so courteous and polite.excellent spa and swiming pool.seperate kids playing area and pool.you will be totally mesmerized and taken away by the interior designing of the hotel.

Such a lovely hotel, I would defiantly recommend. Really nice staff and amazing service, whether you are at the pool or at dinner. If you travel to Dubai, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is where you should stay!

We live in Dubai and just went to Zabeel Saray for a staycation!

And I definitely recommend a staycation here as it kinda feels very relaxing and is still close enough to the city to maybe take the kids to some fun places.

The rooms are really nicely done and we were in a i suite which was an interesting design.

Once you entered the room you had access to a small kids rooms with 2 beds and walking further you got into the main suite. both rooms fully ensuite. Now in the eve / night you could fully lock away the kids bed rooms and have a private suite with balcony and enjoy a
glass of wine without really disturbing the kids.

Breakfast was an average 5* and all restaurants felt a little over opulent for my beach shots, but nobody really makes a fuss about it.

The beach is nice and has plenty of sun beds and they even give you a nice bag full of water bottle and some ice lollies to cool down.

All in all great resort feel while still in the city!

Check out their Christmas decorations including the ginger bread house. While there, enjoy the outdoor terrace. The service was excellent and there some wonderful dishes to share.

Each and every member is staff is incredibly helpful and the room we had was amazing with beautiful views out the balcony.

The pool area is super clean and the beach even better. Can t rate the place highly enough!

Mini bar is fully loaded but you have not been informed whether it s a paid or free

Another interesting thing you will not be issued itemized invoice as they are charging in full for mini bar.

On check out you will be charged in full for mini bar if any item is missing, they knows as kids definitely will use the mini bar

We stayed in several countries but never get a surprise on this as mini bar is free

Pros
The Hotel overall experience is good, it have a excellent restaurants

We did dinner on Al Nafoora restaurant which have Lebanese cuisine, an excellent food have it.

The Pool is good and fully secured for your kids.

Valet parking is good and professional sensitize your luggage and will handover to you

But only one this ask all questions in advance to them for any service either is paid or no?

A gate away place where you can spend a relaxing time on a weekend and enjoy the facilities... Staff are amazing especially Auhood ! Thanks...

Found the whole experience in the Hotel to be fantastic , we were celebrating both our 50th Birthdays and we were glad we chose this hotel. Luxury at its highest , pleasant staff beyond belief , restaurants so good we found it pointless eating out , the Voda bar was excellent ...happy hour was a bonus . Unfortunately the internal hotel jewellery shop parted me with a months wage on a beautiful ring for my wife . Will return for longer than 7 days next time.

We spent our honeymoon in this hotel and were unfortunately a bit disappointed by the 5 star hotel.

Room 4/5 stars
We had booked a room with a king size bed and it was nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the kilmer system did not always work, but it was dealt with quickly. The room was always clean.

Service 1/5
For a five star hotel the service was not satisfactory. At breakfast there was a long queue every morning and not enough employees to assign a table to the guests, enough free tables were available. Even clearing up and bringing drinks only worked moderately or not at all. After a complaint, we should get a callback from the manager and it didn't come. Only after further complaints was there an invitation to another breakfast room where the service was great.

When we checked out we had items on our bill that we had never ordered. These were not taken down either. After explaining it 3 times it was too stupid for us and we wanted to continue enjoying our vacation and went to the next hotel.

Hotel complex 2/5
The hotel complex was well-kept and beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel was very overcrowded so that from lunchtime there were hardly any beach chairs. Some of the hotel staff vacated lying areas even though they were only in the water. On the beach there was a sign that you should watch out for the jellyfish, a net in the sea would have been better here.

Food 4/5
The food was tasty and there was a good variety. The steak restaurant was particularly good.

Conclusion:
The hotel is not bad, but I think it is too expensive for a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, the price / performance ratio wasn't right, especially the service wasn't right. I wouldn't book it as there are much better 5 star hotels in the area for the price.

Will only request a wheelchair accessible room upon booking, but cannot guarantee one is available. How ridiculous, this is a necessity not a choice. Why would we book a room for around 1000AED per night and risk not being able to use the toilet. It s 2019 - time to update your policies.

Mucking on a high level ... it is a pity that in the evening from 22 o'clock no more in the pool and in the sea ... otherwise it would have become 5 !

This is almost the most beautiful hotel on the palm and in dubai. I like its Turkish osmanish style. I feel like im in real palace. Every detail is perfect

The hotel is amazing and the service is great, the restaurants there are so good as well

The garden layout is quite luxurious and the room layout is incredible! We can watch the World Motorboat Championship from the balcony. It was like a dream! The room reservation book encountered a little trouble, but it was quickly solved. My God! A thoughtful hotel! It provides us with catering, and we can have a lot of different restaurants to choose from. SARS is one of them. It is located in Jumeirah Beach and the food is mouthwatering. At the same time, Latin American dancers will dance and cheer.

Such a lovely Ottoman-inspired interior. One of the best among Jumeirah Hotels.

Great hotel with great service, only the clairaudience of the rooms is not the 5 stars.
