Plage is very nice place to spend some time drinking fronting the beach.

Everything was perfect started with a rapid and efficient check in thanks to NALEEM where we were given our room at 10am. Our room was big, clean, had enough towels and toiletries for us three and excellent tea and coffee making facilities. The breach, pool and the spa were the best I have ever been in Dubai. They even give out complimentary ice lollies at the beach. The breakfast was excellent, delicious food, beverages, venue and great staff. I particularly want to mention OLIVER and JEAN and the chef at the fruit counter. They were exceptionally friendly and wanted to make sure that we are having a good experience. We also had a free entry to Wild Wadi water park which was an extra perk!. We'de love to go back. Thank you the staff at Zabeel Saray. I am sure you work hard to make our stay special and safe as well during the pandemic.

Amazing rooms. Well planned interiors. Good views. And very relaxing complimentary spa. Also do try the afternoon tea at sultans lounge. Worth every penny..

This hotel one of the best for staying with family or your self, yearly we stay there for more than a month, and specially the ottoman spa is best spa in dubai which is in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Went there for an award ceremony. The atmosphere and the ambience is great and the venue is superb. Catering service at the event was a bit lacking in that it appeared they event quite organisd. For example the time difference between the serving of main course on our table between the first to receive and the last was about 40 minutes! By the time mine arrived and we started eating my colleagues' were stone clod!

Omg! You live a different life there. You experience something you have never felt before. I love every single restaurant and tried them all. I love the cafes and seriously the people are welcoming there. The place is so sophisticated and full of like. The spa is my next goal!

The third trip to Dubai also took us to a hotel belonging to the Jumeirah Group.

Almost at the end of the palm tree and so a little far from the city. Very impressive from the outside and beautiful to look at. In the inner, public area, too, everything is splendid - like from 1001 nights.

In the room, however, chipped furniture and bathrooms with yellowed joints. Even the pool would have had its quirks. In some places the tiles were chipped.

A lot of children, therefore terribly noisy. Even a small, separated pool area without swimming animals doesn't help.

Service, however, excellent. Great friendly service. All requests will be implemented as quickly as possible. No matter in which area, everything was wonderful here.

Food was not very varied. Even if there was a different national motto every day. Only the desserts were unbeatable.

At the price we would have expected better or not so badly renovated rooms.

The volume at the pool and in the hotel were just too high.

We would not book here again.

I recently went on vacation in the UAE, and I stayed at this hotel in a great location, I liked it because it was clean, tidy, and there was good service, space for every taste, I love luxury. The hotel is very beautifull, characterized by the high Ottoman decor .. The staff are very sophisticated and experienced in dealing with guests and guests .. The lobby session is pleasant and quiet .. There is a variety of restaurants and some of them offer a buffet at certain times .. I would recommend to visit even if you are not a guest of this hotel

Nice a place hotel, excellent terrace and pool area.

Service is bad, nobody shows up after calling Room Service or House Keeping, you have to call several times.

There will always be a guy standing by the elevator and will randomly ask you which room you are staying in and upon telling the room number he will start enquiring your name and other credentials which is really annoying, and when you get mad at them they will tell you its for your security, never seen such thing anywhere in the world. Happened to me 3 times in 2 nights.

Would not prefer to stay here again.

Stylish hotel... with beautiful architecture. The lobby is spectacular.
The pool and beach are very big with separate places for kids and adults.

One of the best outlet, you will enjoy beach, swimming pool and private pool in villas. The food is also awesome, the rooms are available for a couple and also 5 bedroom villa

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray will be very breathtaking and gorgeous place if you want to find relax and to be immersed in Ottoman epoch! Nice disign and restaurants and memorable place!

The hotel is fine. Beach and swimming pools are good. Special plus warm watery outdoor shower. Of course, the area lacks nature.

A magnificent family friendly hotel. One of the most beautiful properties in Dubai. The staff are so amazingly friendly. We are eternally grateful to Regie in the kids club and her team who helped us organise the most beautiful birthday party for our son. We can speak enough how wonderful the resort and staff are. A big must for anyone visiting Dubai.

Greetings, well I haven t even finished my stay here, and how am I doing what I am doing now... I m doing it with there amazing free wifi, it s not just there wifi that amazes me it s also the pool and the beautiful and delicious food. I recommend staying here.

Amazing atmosphere honestly and lovely staff. I loved the Turkish restaurant "Lalezar" had lunch with mum for her bday and they made her day so special by giving us delicious cake and also they sang for her bday. She was very happy. Thank you

One of the main attraction in Palm Jumeirah other than Atlantis.. They have beach access and beach side swimming pool too. Villa facility also available.

The room and hotel is great, you can't complain about it, but there are also high hidden costs
Unfortunately, we forgot our credit card and should leave a deposit of 1000

For example, we arrived after 10 a.m. and were shown by the reception to the breakfast room and when we checked out we saw on the bill that the breakfast (buffet) from the first day was on the bill, which was just under 100 for 2 people ,
That was a small example.
Half board is not an advantage because a can of Coke costs 7, cocktail from 25, let alone a bottle of wine from 180.

The meat was not gold-plated

If you didn't put a tip in your billing folder one evening you immediately had the feeling of not being served so well the next day, although we otherwise put generous amounts into it
We go on high-quality vacations twice a year, but what the hotel imagines cannot be explained
Family vacation would be excluded

My fitness basement is bigger than your gym

Service staff are usually very arrogant, annoyed and aloof that you feel very underrated, although we are always very nice, well-groomed and inconspicuous, (shouldn't sound conceited) we are reluctant to go there again

The last day was paid in full, but dinner was no longer included in the price. Here you would pay per night and not per day

I don't want to badmouth the room, view is all around construction sites.
The beach was pretty empty on our first day but from the second day the beach was clogged with loungers just like the pool, where you sometimes couldn't get any loungers

If you are planning a short trip it might be nice to have seen, but for just under 350 a night you have much higher quality hotels on offer in Dubai or of The Palm

If I'm being completely honest, the hotel is similar to the hotels from Antalya, but they offer much cheaper and much better service
