If you're there for a weekend getaway, think twice before booking at Zabeel Saray

Delicious buffet and dinner great place to stop over for a couple of nights. Enjoyed the amazing view and the pool was a nice temperature. Wild Wadi was fun and is great for kids. The decorations were also cool and nice to look at. I would definately stay there again.

The hotel deserves every single star, even more if you compare it with other 5 stars hotels within the UAE or anywhere else in the world. The personnel working here is the main contributor to the hotel's success. All of them are smiling and are ready to please you. If you want to be treated as a royal then this is the place, do not miss it!

Incredible experience, treated like royalty at this stunning hotel. It was our anniversary, and the hotel did their utmost to make it truly memorable by spreading rose petals in our room, sending fruit and chocolates to our room. The staff members always had big smiles and warm sentiments throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful beach and has a large swimming pool, trees in the middle of the water, beautiful and full of buildings

Amazing place to walk around and also there are many restaurants and most of them are in Entertainer ( buy one get one deal)

Lovely hotel, with staff who always ready to help, situated on the palm, it has authentic feel to the place which we liked, kids loved the place. If we was to come back, we would definitely stay here again.

The standards are improving and the Mediterranean night in the Imperium is really good. There are very peculiar Italian dishes and sweet-meats you would be able to enjoy. With ISME offer you can claim 2 for one 1. Cost per head is AED260 without beverages.

The hotel is undoubtedly very nice but the location at the end of the Palm with the refusal / inability to organize taxis or transfers are frustrating though. Half board is highly recommended!

The opulence, the beauty, the elegance. Simply outta this world

It is very nice on the palm and on the beach of the hotel, but unfortunately the food is often tasteless and extremely expensive, way too expensive. A glass of standard wine costs 20 euros and a small beer 12 euros, far from reality, the furniture in the room are partly run down, and the joints in the bathroom have mold and look bad. So by and large for the money, I can certainly do better vacation elsewhere. PS The food is really not good.

Pool day pass is good value for money but a coffee is 48 DHS, food is not that good quality, pool is very busy but the service is beyond excellent

One of the most visually astounding interiors ever designed for a hotel. It teleported me back to Morroco a thousand years back.

This is the 3rd year we come to this wonderful hotel. It has a fantastic spa, a beautiful swimming pool and a very efficient kids area with pool and slides. Beautiful well-equipped beach. The peculiarity of this hotel is to make people feel pampered and followed without excess.

Some one go and get this at Himalaya.But we merchant navy all staff Wiper to master who serve for nation with out recoganation with out future security with out beloved wife(mostly)and pension,Nowadays we are like terrers.no liberty. Stayed here two years in a row now. The hotel interior, from the outside & in is just beautiful. Upon entering, you re made to feel very welcome by the great staff. The lobby manager, Hershel, on both our visits treated us with outmost respect and enthusiasm. He is a real credit to the Jumeriah Group. The rooms at this hotel, are like no other: very spacious & again, the interior does not let you down... It is just beautiful! There are many great restaurants here, such as Amala which we really enjoyed. In regards to hotel service, our rooms were cleaned twice a day & anything we needed such as restaurant reservations, or room service, or issues were dealt with almost instantly due to the amazing WhatsApp Butler service which is available 24 hours a day. Overall it is a lovely hotel, with a high level of service. From the lobby staff to the pool staff, everyone was familiar & always had time to say hi, and deal with any requests with a smile. Thanks to everyone, especially Hersel, for making both visits memorable

Fantastic .... The view from the room is unforgettable !!!

It was an all star service, facilities, Food and beverage, room and overall ambience. Team at check in and check out was very helpful and showed a lot of hospitality. The lady supervising the Sultan lounge at dinner was courteous and helped our kids to select from the kids menu with so much patience. Highly recommended!
