Very nice and elegant place for the family to spend the day

Loved it!!! I would highly recommend this hotel and services. The staff are so efficient, polite and friendly. We were always greeted with a friendly smile whether during breakfast or dinner time from entry at the Imperium being greeted by Sarah or Naima; served by Jude or Archana to the security guy Cherej. The gym and spa are superb... so many selection of food and good range of activities to keep the kids entertained, with free access to Wild Wadi water park. Next time I'm in Dubai I will be staying here again :-)

Ridiculous check in process. I have 3 Emirates IDs for my wife and two children. I have only a driver's license myself. They wouldn't let us check in. Nothing is mentioned in their email or reservation page. Now they will waste our room, lunch, daycare, and spa reservation for the day.

Everything is perfect except the main restaurant food is awful and poor

One of the top 5+ stars hotels in Dubai with unique interior and outlets of which to mention imperium restaurant , the rib room and on top comes the famous Music Hall.

Stayed at this magnificent 5 Star hotel for a week with my family. All I can say is that this is one of the best hotels in Dubai. The service from checking in to checking out was swift and professional. The room service was always prompt. The hotel restaurants, Shisha bar, Sauna, gym, outdoor/indoor pools,jaccuzi, were all available. Private beach. The rooms with the palm view and own balcony and bathroom were clean and spacious. It was like being in heaven. More importantly the staff of the hotel were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay with all the facilities then this hotel is for you. No riff raff or kids running around. Absolutely loved it.

Very beautiful hotel with a high level of service and excellent food.

Five Star all the way, probably one of the best Hotel on the crest of the Plam. Pure Royal very nicely decorated fit for Royal. Its a good experience and you feel Royal once you get there. How ever the staff is not very courteous dose not make you feel welcome and like they are the royal and you don t belong there even after paying so much the employees attitude should be humble and make you feel like you are royal and not them. I think they need to be train before they could understand what dose customer means to there business.
May be they never heard that the customer is the KING

This is the new review, the service of the hotel is below average, my cousin from London booked on my recordation and he was cursing me all the time, the room fridge was not working despite several reminders no one bother to fix it and that too in this hot month is this what you call five star? Above all the hotel staff dose not give you a welcome feeling i felt as if i was in some no go area or embassy, hard face guys keep on asking where do you wana go as if they are asking to get loss the hotel security has no idea what security is all about they just make sure you know that they are watching you so how can one feel comfort after paying so much money. As far as the design goes its excellent but the entrance is not expressive i have seen much grand entrance of private Villa s by Emaar then this five star hotel ( so called) over this makes Dubai look bad as they will go back to London and tell all they friends that they did not enjoy the time in Dubai. So you guys need to pull up your socks and fix the attitude of your staff with the visiter / guests.

High tea is good value.
Really great service - warm and friendly, attentive.
Foods were fresh and plentiful for the price.
Only downside was all the screaming children running around the Sultan Lounge. Very unpleasant.

This place is really amazing. I had a nice time there. Especially the hamam and the pool. I cant wait to go back for one more time.

Over priced rooms and as the hotel is busy they don't care for the specific requests as they forgot my request and spoiled my anniversary

The place is beautiful and clean.
In only one point, the pillow to sleep loud and normal, brings you pain with a lame or neck, it should be alone high and alone descending

Lovely place, should try the Spa and breakdown with a pool view

I didnt stay at the hotel only been to the pool. All was good however the lifeguards are a bit acting like night club bouncers. Not all of them, there are some friendly ones too however, people like to enjoy the pool with their family, throwing water playing small games of course without disturbing the others. I didnt want to go into any arguments with any of them but it was a bit too much.

The fact that Dubai government has made this entire beach like wonder by themselves is just astonishing and beautiful. The number of 5 star hotels just on this lane is mind blowing as well. Would love yo visit here again. I would suggest other to visit this place a little later in the day as it gets super hot in the afternoon.

Excellent place for adults. There is plenty of restaurants, and bars to choose from along with some shopping. Very upmarket and is definitely targeted at the wealthy.

We went me and my husband for a day use yesterday. The pool was so big and very clean. Extremely good service and the food at Plaj resturaunt was also tasty. You can enjoy the beach as well. We paid 100 for pool access, and 195 redeemable where we could take some drinks and food. Absolutely recommended to enjoy the amazing pool.

Only popped in for a quick coffee, but service was if I was staying, the foyer is out if this world

I would like to give zero stars.
We were in December 2017 guests in the hotel.
When we wanted to leave, were on our bill from the restaurant 250 booked, no one could explain what exactly for this 250 was eaten or drunk. By the way, we had half board plus, so we did not have to pay for drinks and food anyway. After a long discussion, the management has taken down the 250 , because we have not eaten or drank anything for such a sum.
Unfortunately we forgot the baby blanket of our little ones in the hotel. After I contacted the hotel, I was sent a bill of AED 158 (freight charges) which I had to settle for the blanket to be sent to me. Of course, I have done this.
Got my blanket and of course was super happy until last Friday where I got the bill from TNT, because JUMEIRAH ZABEEL SARAY put my money in for sending the blanket, but the company TNT apparently did NOT pay !!!!
Right cheater. We will NEVER visit this hotel again, also advise against anyone who does not want a nasty surprise. !!!! We are vacationing in the Emirates every year, but we are leaving the Jumeirah Group now !!!! That is not how it works.

Special thanks to MR Islam at initial-check in desk. I ve stayed in few 5 stars hotels in Dubai, and Jumeirah zabeel is the best..The building interiors is just beautiful, the rooms are so luxurious but it's the staff who make this place a wonderful place to stay...Very Huge Thanks to Mr Islam at reception for his outstanding service...we arrived earlier than check in time and Islam allowed us to check in early as we has 2 kids and he prepared for us better Room with overlooking the swimming pool ...Excellent service Provided at check in and warm welcome has been given by Islam..... we are very happy that we choose zabeel saray to celebrate our wedding anniversary...I must say that Islam very attentive to details and ensured that we were looked after each time he saw us,Islam is complete asset to the team and really made our wedding anniversary more special.I can't praise his efforts enough it's very clear that he is passionate about his Job and the customer Experience,In my opinion he is the best receptionist in Dubai and should be best employee at reception...In gerneral overall experience was amazing, definitely will be back againThanks Jumeirah zabeel saray.
