One of the best places for a spa treatment that we have found in Dubai. We've always enjoyed the therapists. The only complaint is that their indoor areas are single gender, so you aren't allowed to relax in a spa together. You can upgrade to a private couples VIP package.

Very poor (service, and rooms were not clean) if u want to complaint regarding their services the excuse will be couse of 'corona' Covid-19! (always same excuses ) dear if u dnt have an ability to serve pple then no need to re-open! Or accept reservations! Sham on you! As a 5 star hotels! You should be 2 stars nt more than this! I believe u will spoil the name of Jumeirah Group!

Beautiful hotel, well kept and ran. Service is excellent and cast are very friendly. Pool area is big and well mamtained, beach is clean and spacious. I recommend water shoes as there are coral rocks in the sand.
Food is gread but overpriced as much of Dubai is. Rooms are clean and roomy.
Will stay ther again.

It was a great getaway with the family. We had a room which all FIVE of us fit in. We asked for an extra two beds and the little one slept on the sofa. The pool is nice and the kids club activities are awesome. We enjoyed the Talesa Spa also. AND you get free entrance to wild wadi when you are a guest of the hotel :)

Always a pleasure to visit the Zabeel Saray. We had the afternoon tea which was delectable and so well plated. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the quay and feeling the ocean breeze was amazing. Prices were exceptional and the treatment is invaluable. You need to visit here.

Contrary to most of the reviews here I was pleasantly surprised by Amala. We opted for the Thali which meant that we got starters followed by a large plate of smaller curry bowls, naan bread and rice. The starters were good and included chicken tikka and mutton seekh kebab. The chicken tikka was slightly too oily for my palate and I could taste the mustard oil. The seekh on the other hand could have been slightly more spicy but as they were appealing to a neutral and not an Indian plate it was well flavoured, a balance of coriander cumin and garlic. The main curries were decent. I loved the presentation of the naan while the paneer and dal was again too greasy for me. The saviours however were the butter chicken and the prawn curry both of which were the highlights of the meal. Perfectly spiced and cooked chicken in a light but creamy tomato sauce along with the prawns in a chilli coconut curry left me very satisfied with the meal. I will definitely be back as long as they make slight tweaks to complement their perfect ambience and not to mention great service!

The hotel is beautiful, a palace with beautiful structures and Ottoman-inspired architectural details. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. It offers several amenities (bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dental and shaving kit, among others). The service is poor, more training and qualification is needed for employees who are unable to meet expectations, however some are very cordial. I have already stayed in different hotels on the island and the cost x benefit here is good because of the SPA because the hotel needs better maintenance and governance. The SPA is the differential of this hotel and deserves its own evaluation, being the best reason for the stay. The pool and beach area is beautiful but care is not taken with the furniture. It has several restaurants of different cuisines besides MusicHall. Internal stores (jewelry and clothing) do not help in the lack of trade in the Palm Jumeirah region.

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray lives up to it's promises and grandeur. What's not to love about this hotel? From the amazing ottoman inspired architecture to it's larger than Olympic size swimming pool, massive rooms and not to mention one of the world best spas, you won't want to leave this hotel once you check in. The personal touch of each staff calling you by name wherever you go is impressive and shows the effort they go to to ensure you have a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend it and would go back again and again.

Great resort which also accommodated for young children very well. Staff are efficient, kind and will gladly assist where possible. Rooms are spacious and clean and provide adiquate room for the majority of people wishing to stay there. The swimming pool is well shaded in places and has a literal army of life guards allowing total piece of mind when you're with kids. There is also a kids pool and club so if you need some quiet time away from the kids it's possible..

We didn't try all the various resteraunts on offer and mainly stuck to the imperial buffet which had a huge variety of food which was changed on a daily basis. Staff are on hand to assist with dietary requirements and allergies and notes are available to the staff serving you and again, always willing to assist or go the extra mile.

Only negative point about the entire hotel stay was the lack of slip proof matts in the marble floored showers, which was likely a hazard to most and certainly the elderly and kids, yet staff still rectified this on request.

Some may complain about the resort being a distance away from some attractions but frankly, Cabs/Ubers are so cheap the location is well worth it to get away from busier areas.

My only advise would be to take a half board board package if possible.

Would certainly stay again.

This is my second time after three years the first time was my Haney moon there was no water in my bathroom for more than five hours.. What they do *they said sorry *

I m a uk international reviewer and well travelled in many 5 star hotels across the world. I m reading some of these previous reviews and can tell they are more national reviewers so I hope that I can be helpful to the international traveler

Disappointed when we first got to the hotel as the room was not ready for us, other than that the check in was smooth. As the room was not ready, we were asked to have tea and coffee complementary at the sultan lounge.

The hotel decor is beautiful however so is the decor in other 5 star hotels in Dubai and on the palm. The pictures all showed a very light and airy feel to the hotel and it was quite the opposite. Very dark and even the bedrooms were dark and lighting limited in the evenings. And cupboard lighting was awful. The restaurant were also very dark and we saw some guests using the table lamps to read the menus.

We arrived mid to late afternoon and it was around 4pm when we got to the beach. The beach was oversubscribed and the length of the beach did not stretch far enough for the amount of guests.. hence the experience that you received was that guests were on top of each other with not great views. The beach attendees were extremely helpful to not only find a place , and you could be waiting 10-15 mins for one and also realigning the sun lounges to support more guest into the beach. This happened every day. In fact there was not a day in our 8 day stay that this did not happen. The outdoor pools are too packed to enjoy your exercise or experience!

The service, in the buffet restaurant for breakfast imperium was great and the colleagues were extremely attentive. However, on many days, this restaurant could not cope with the volume of visitors and there was large queuing outside which is not what you want to see or do when you have paid a premium price to stay. To release the queuing, they opened the other restaurant to take the pressure off and said that they had the same food as the imperium however, this was not the case.. and nor was the service the same when they opened the alternative restaurant a total disappointment.

We were sold this an a honeymoon hotel and I ll be honest, if you are looking for a quiet spot , this is not the honeymoon hotel for you.

The inside swimming facilities are great but segregated. I wanted to learn how to swim by my husband and I couldn t do this on my holiday here.

The spar facilities are good however you can t go with your partner as women s and men s area are segregated here too. There is one couples facility however, it s tiny and so small that any more than 2 couples would feel like a crowd!!

The hotel is on the palm which is beautiful in reality but practically getting off the palm is a nightmare.. the hotel shuttle service needs to be more regular particularly in the evenings and it needs to incorporate more of the Jumeira group hotels. One evening we went to Jumaira Mina as salaam and the shuttle on the way back was too full, it was embarrassing as the driver had to ask if a few of the other guests could take their children on their lap so that me and my husband could get in for a drive back to Zabeel. We had to venture off the palm as there is no evening entertainment provided by the hotel at all and not all of the restaurants in the hotel were great for food.

Overall nice place in design .. in term of cleanless i rate it 1 out of 10 toilate is very bad never seen like this durt in other hotels. Furniture in the room makes sounds, cups are unclean with non removable stain. The door to the balcony doesnt lock. We had to stand in line for breakfast like 15 minutes. I have asked for water and they braught to me a dirty class and when i complained they just took the glass with out coming back with another clean one or an apology.

Not quite the 5 star luxury that I thought I was booking and very deceptive. This hotel caters for the masses and is extremely busy with the pool full of floats and no room to move and queues for breakfast. The breakfast is of very poor quality.

There is no international buffet. There is a French buffet but if your children don t like French food then there is limited choice. There are other restaurant choices but if you are on half board you are made to feel cheap as you have a limited menu. Especially for children, the choice is very poor on the half board. You receive a different potion on half board to if you are paying. The half board concept is misleading and overstated about the choice available.

In the Turkish restaurant there wasn t a single Turkish dessert. I thought I had ordered something that sounded Turkish as I have had many vermicelli desserts. I ordered A doughnut with vermicelli. It was a children s doughnut with icing and multi coloured sprinkles! What an insult to receive this in a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.

On the half board, at the Rib room restaurant you are only allowed to order a starter and main or a main and a dessert. I opted for the main and dessert and the choice was limited to the same donutfrom the Turkish restaurant , fruit or ice cream. I asked for a dessert from the main menu and was told there is a supplement. I said I would just stick with my mains. When the other 4 didn t order a desert I was offered the dessert from the main menu. It had lost its appeal by then but must admit the sticky toffee pudding was exceptional and served beautifully.

A beautiful and regal setting with exceptional spa facilities and a lovely place if you have not visited hotels in Dubai before. The hotel s lobby is stunning as is the decor in all the restaurants.

The club lounge is very uninviting and is more like a cheap airplane lounge.

Additional services offered by the poolside/beach are great. You have the sunglasses cleaning service, water cooling spray, complimentary ice lollies and water every morning and the staff are very attentive.

The rooms are fairly basic and very dark and uninviting. Our room had a leak in the toilet and a foul smell. This was repaired and then the smell returned but we didn't tell them again as we were out most of the time.

The food and beverages manager Hasan was extremely accommodating and if it wasn t for his hospitality I would have definitely have checked out!

We visited my sister who was staying at the Al Naseem. This hotel looked more like a hotel we would have enjoyed more as it seemed less busy and more tranquil.

Wrong choice of hotel for us!
Wrong place for foodies!
