Had great experience in the hotel apart from the food which was not as great as you would expect . The pool opens at 9:00 am so if you are an early person you have to wait .

Really accomodating and polite- dont get much better than this hotel

Amazing Hotel Perfect Family Hotel
I have visited all the Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai and I have to say that Zabeel is the best, the moment you pull up in your vehicle the valet staff were fantastic a great team and once you enter the hotel the grand reception area is amazing with the water feature the Chandeliers the decor everything is perfect, we have been to Zabeel before for meals but have never stayed there until now.

The rooms are of great size and all the amenities are there we stayed on the third floor with views of the city which I preferred in the evening watching the city light up whilst the sun was going down was superb. The bathtub is enourmous everything about the room was superb.

The Ottoman Spa is amazing very relaxing and was perfect for all the family mens and women's spa was totally separate my wife and daughter had a massage treatment and they said it was fantastic so well recommended

We had a vehicle for the full duration whilst I was in Dubai so for me driving on and off the palm was inexpensive but if you have to take a taxi every time you go out which is essential the costs can mount up the hotel offers free buses to the malls, but I have always had a 4x4 and its great to get around and explore Dubai and get lost and lost and lost but eventually you will get used to the roads, I love driving in Dubai.

All the restaurants at the hotel are superb we dined in all the restaurants and for a quick snack or afternoon tea Sultans Lounge based in the reception area is perfect,

Stayed here whilst on business visit to Dubai and it was a delightful stay really lived up to its reputation! Would highly recommend to others.

Luxury at it's best. The terrace is great for quick snak and an opulent view.

You can find 2 great places in this hotel 1) music hall (one of the best night clubs in dubai). 2) great Turkish restaurant.

Attended an awards ceremony. Pathetic management. The whole dinner was stretched to 4 hours. By that time more than half of the guests already left without eating main course. Don't know if they didn't prepare enough food to serve all or what.

Awesome accommodation experience, with swimming pool, beach, spa inside, want to go out and walk near the sea trail, slow walking or jogging is a good choice.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately very out of the way and hardly entertainment, the days and evenings are boring. I would not book again.

Great place to have a break for coffee. The service is extremely slow, but the atmosphere is wonderful. The Turkish bath is the best in the region.

there was unpolite staff at the check in desk. One was free and he told us he would help us. After 5 min another staff member helped us, the first one just ignored us. I told her that I forgot my ID, but had a copy on my phone that I could email her. She told me that she needed the acutal ID because it is policy. Since I did not have it, I had to cancel my reservation, they did not apologize or look for a solution. i was not allowed to go into the hotel.

The hotel is amazing and in a good location. Just a short shuttle bus ride into the city. The shuttle bus is supplied by the hotel and takes you to various places. The hotel has a private beach which wasnt busy. The staff are extremely friendly and cant do enough for you to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. I'd highly recommend this hotel

The hotel has a beautiful grande dame feel to it but is fully modern. The room was huge F&B with the biggest bathtub I have ever seen in a standard room. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful European themed restaurant.

The place is nice. Went to the couple spa and our experience was good enough.

We 4 (family with two smaller children) have more than enjoyed the stay. The service and especially the friendliness of the people was fantastic! In addition, the hotel was just beautiful and super clean! An absolute dream vacation

This hotel is beautiful with Osmanen architecture but in contemporary and modern way. Best spa in Dubai. Every restaurant you visit in this hotel is just the best. There s as well a club with great international shows.

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a palatial resort filled with all the grandeur you could expect out of Jumeirah property. The resort is at the edge of the Palm... Rooms are spacious and decorated in royal style... Multiple restaurants to satisfy your taste buds, The have one of the best Indian restaurant in the five star property in Dubai... The beach is small but absolutely clean... Staff are always to assist you to take care of all your needs. The spa is again the best in the middle east as per jumeirah.
