I stayed in the Zabeel Saray during September, celebrating three birthdays including my father's 60th. This hotel oozes luxury and offers a very grand feel throughout. Service was top notch, would recommend.

Rooms are great, bathroom is amazing with great bathtub -I'm not sure if I can call it a bathtub-, balcony with an amzing view you have a choice of Palm view or JBR skyline. Great choice of restaurants you have 7 if I remember correctly (Indian, steakhouse, italian, turkish...etc) staff are very friendly and helpful all in all a great experience.

Its design is nice, the view is beautiful, the place is calm and romantic

We have been here several times and it is always nice to spend a few days

Extremely noble and clean hotel, are already there for the second time. A dream of 1000 and one night. Likewise the prices for the drinks. 12 euros a beer is already intense. There is water in the room and at the beach for free which is really great. You can also make tea. Unfortunately, there is no small supermarket there ... You have to take from the mall. We always take half board and that's good.

Most royal and luxurious hotel Ive stayed in! Absolutely beautiful! never felt like a royal before.

This is fantastic resteraunt in an upper class hotel and offers a good selection of food for brunch.

I have never stayed at a hotel with such attentive staff! From the first to the last second of my stay they made sure everything was perfect.
There was a little screw up with the room we booked being subject to availability which was a little odd. But they did their best to sort this and gave us a similar room.
The food here is amazing and if you book half board you get a choice of all the amazing restaurants owned by the Jumeirah franchise.
Would 100% recommend, and is the best hotel if you have kids due to pool size and entertainment.

Absolutely fantastic place surroundings are opulent however my only criticism is there are no activities for teenagers they are quite bored and where I usually relax I'm.trying to find things for them to do also half board does not include drinks which is proving very expensive when you have teenagers another criticism is that there is no evening entertainment in summer months Asda family that has travelled the world we are used to having entertainment from 7pm till 11pm every evening in the hotel then we are off to bed this is crucial once again to keep kids entertained please can this be looked at other than that I feel as though I'm in heaven

Been to quite a few hotels in Dubai but this one topped them all! Outstanding decor internally and externally and a first class service from all staff. Everyone was extremely polite, rooms were finished amazingly inside and the infinity pool was a major benefit. Would definitely stay again!

Exquisite luxury hotel in true Arabic style. It houses the award winning Talise Ottoman Spa. Pool area is excellent with shaded areas. Seafront is overlooking the Palm and Marina but a bit rocky.

A place like you would imagine the 1001 nights. Very impressive hotel, amazing restaurants & superb decorations! Even if you don t want to stay there - make sure that you have at least dinner here when you are in Dubai ...

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The restaurants here are all 1st class and worth a visit especially the Club Lounge fabulous team lead by Harshal.

From the breathtaking entry to the beautifully appointed rooms, wonderful restaurants, it is sparkling clean and pleasingly scented all around, the grounds are beautiful, the pool area well kept and with lifeguards all around for safety, this is really top of the top. And the staff is so cheerful and caring. There were many families with small babies older couples, and young adults. All seemed happy and comfortable. I ll tell you that the coffee is superb, breakfast so fresh and varied in its presentation, and we (husband, myself and 16 year old grandson) especially enjoyed the Turkish restaurant, but all of the restaurants are great. If you can, go there for an amazing experience.

Luxurious Five star hotel that lives up the billing, slightly over gilded as everything is covered in gold but nevertheless a beautiful and elegant hotel with incredible views of the Dubai skyline.

What a amazing experience from the staff to the scenery and especially the food, while your here you have to go to the buffet its amazing quality food and would see myself staying there again just for the buffet. The Staff where so nice and welcoming and always saying hello and asked if you needed anything if you where walking into the cinema, outside at the bar, or at breaky. This amazing Resort is surrounded by a amazing beach and theres even pools there if your not into the beach. If you want to go on a Dessert Tour no problem they will book it for you. Honestly i could go on for days but this is just a amazing place to stay and couldn't be more happy with the Experience and time we stayed there.

Wonderful hotel and staff. I have stayed on several occasions and am always blown away. The service is second to none, bedrooms are always clean and tidy, pool/beach impeccable maintained and the spa is just out of this world. Perfect for couples, families and friends. Highly recommend!

One of the most Awesome hotel to stay in at dubai. The Architecture within the hotel is truly remarkable with a look of the classic ancient Arabian style. Lovely restaurants available within the hotel with each restaurant having a different cultural cusine.

Majestic Place!
We stayed for two nights and fell in love with the resort. The first sight, the lobby, the room and everything else.
The room was spacious, well designed and has huge bathtub.
The swimming pool is of infinity design and well layed at the center of hotel.
The play area for kids dry or splash was awesome, full of slides and has shallow pool to have more fun. In addition, the kids club and screening cinema add more fun.
The food was at another level, we tried imporium and Al Nafoorah and both were fantastic when it comes to the experience, the food and lovely staff.
We also has complimentary tickets to Wild Wadi, this also increased the fun we had.
The only thing I want to improve is check-in experience, though staff was nice; I felt some delay in the process. I suggest whenever you have new staff, to use trainee tag so guests won't feel and grade down in service and thinks it as the norm in the resort.

After some initial difficulty in checking in, we spent 2 wonderful days at this resort. We were upgraded to one of the villas which was absolutely amazing. The customer service was above expectations and my 2 year old absolutely loved the kids swimming pool which even had slides. Thank you to the team and management for making our experience a memorable one.

Excellent hotel with ocean view and Dubai skydive area

One of the best hotels I have stayed at - service is amazing and so attentive to detail. Great selection of food and restaurants to eat from on the half board option - would definitely recommend the Rib Room.

We also got a free upgrade when we arrived, which contributed to an amazing holiday overall! Would definitely recommend!
