It's a spectacular hotel that goes the extra mile in providing luxurious comfort and incredible food. The hotel is very international, welcoming couples and families from all over the globe but with its vast spaces and number of restaurants everyone can find something to suit. The staff must be hand picked for their incredible diligence and warmth. Nothing is too much trouble. If you have allergies and you warn them they'll do their utmost to cook something special for you. At every meal time in the buffet (one of the many restaurants) there is a mind blowing choice of dishes from all over the world. The pool area is vast with many sunbeds and shaded pool areas for children and adults who find the sun too much. Ice lollies, towels , bottled water , and water sprays are free and plentiful throughout the day round the pool. It's a great place for kids as there is a kids club . Do check that the room configuration offered by your tour operator is available. People did seem to have problems at check in with the number of size of beds in a room.

Fantastic service. Absolutely attentive staff with incredible options for a staycation or full vacation. Worth it. They have water activities, an indoor cinema, free acess to wild wadi and a world class spa. Rooms are spacious and so comfortable you would find it hard to leave.

The overall service attitude is very good, there is unlimited supply of mineral water and small refrigerator drinks, as well as special car transfer to three places and free to send crazy Willie Water Park tickets and Zabeel Saray private beach

It is a grand hotel with a very self-styled Ottoman character. The facilities are many and exquisite, its ambiance is fantastic classic. There is a children's cinema. The restaurant options are excellent and varied but were expensive. The room is elegant, spacious and clean. The spa offers an integrated experience of relaxation, luxury and superb service.

its the place I work for ....and the place is amazingly beautiful. Its inspired by Ottoman Empire. I always love to go there ...spclly I used to be at the beach side just before the sunrise ...its just amazing feeling to walk alone at the shore and feel the wind of the sea.

Very enjoyable experience. Intricately decorated building and delectable food with top notch service. Buffet would not disappoint the pickiest of eaters with the variety and traditional style food dishes prepared for every meal. All food served fresh and made to order. Expect a smartly equipped spa to relax and unwind in. Complete with salt water pool, steam, sauna, jacuzzi and even a snow room. We had a great experience with personal trainer from the fitness center as well who was very very knowledgeable and happy to ensure that we had a great experience utilizing the gym. Beach front and poolside service with best of amenities provided even a kids pool and play area. Definitely would be a great destination for any reason to visit.

Wow really one of the best places i stayed in but only one thing --- hotel is boring ( no activities ) --- but seriously WOW

Giant and beautiful hotel, friendly staff. The cleaning was not good, could have been much better with the floor cleaning and stains that were on the seat! The food was super good. The desserts are indescribably good. You brought several bottles of cold water at the pool or beach visit!

Amazing hotel and facilities... only down fall was there was a bit of building and development happening around the palm... other then that great holiday experience!

Returned from weeks family holiday, the hotel was magnificent very majestic and opulent. I had booked club room so was collected from Dubai Airport. We had arrived at the hotel by 10.30 so room was not ready therefore give a courtesy room so we could change and use facilities such pool, sauna, gym. We were also allowed to use the breakfast facilities. We were then upgraded to larger room then what I had booked. As we had booked half board it was called 'invertation to dine' we used other restaurant's in the Jumeirah group such as the Alt Badia at Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel on the 50th floor. My 9 year old suffers with allergy's so staff made her different things. So that she did not feel left out. The service, friendly of the a staff, food was all fantastic. The hotel was very clean and tidy, had a light out in the bathroom it was fixed so as I reported it. The pictures don't do the hotel justice.
