My experience with Sansone Jr's 66 was the most by far best customer service that I have ever had. I was in a horrible situation and Mark Vernaglia was extremely helpful and got me right out of the sticky situation that I was in. He was patient and kind and helped me out with my finical situation, I highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for MARK VERNAGLIA!
We bought a used Sentra for my daughter last year, they claimed it was "Certified pre-owned" but we did not pay the ridiculous extra money for that. As soon as we got it home I took it to my mechanic who immediately discovered a bent rim. (so much for their thorough inspection) They did replace the rim at that time. Recently my daughter took it to Pep Boys for a tire alignment; the mechanic came out and asked if the car had been in an accident. It had significant damage to the the suspension/axels that was not visible to the naked eye. I took it back to Sansone, they checked it out and told me it had been in an accident before we bought it. I was shocked and asked "why would I buy a car from you that had been in an accident and clearly not repaired correctly?" They showed me a carfax that I had never laid eyes on with my signature on it. We paid a total of $15,000 for the car about a year ago. They wanted $1600 to make the repairs, and I told them that I would not pay them, as they sold me the car in that condition. The manager offered to buy it from us for $5,000 (yes you read that right) and lease my daughter a new Sentra at full price. I wanted to fall on the floor laughing. They are completely unscrupulous crooks. If you are buying a car there, I would have every nook and cranny checked first.

Liz has always helped me to maintain my Maxima with great professionalism and friendliness. On my last visit Liz helped to diagnose the issue with my Maxima and explain the repairs needed. I had a great experience here this past weekend. This was my first car buying experience and I was more than pleased with the amazing service given by the salesman Paul as well as other employees from the finance department. I traded in my 2011 Kia Sorento for a 2020 Kia Soul and the process was very easy to follow and understand. I definitely recommend!

Needing a new car to replace my broken down 05 Grand Marqis we decided to go new car shopping. We did some research at home and were going to look at up to 3 different manufactures to make a choice. Our first stop was at Sansone jr's where we were greeted in the parking lot by Mike Tiedemann as we were looking at a used car We told him we were really interested in leasing a new Kia Optima. He then had a car ready for us to test drive and explained the safety features to us. We went for a drive and drove that same car home. Customer service is terrible. No one called me about the status of my car. I had to call them to get information about my vehicle. They informed me the price I would have to pay when I called Friday afternoon.I dropped my car off at 9:00am on a Friday for the air conditioner, I did not get it back until Tuesday evening at 5:00. I had to call Friday and Monday to get the status of my car. Tuesday the service agent call and tells me I have to pay additional fee to have air conditioner repaired. Customer service is terrible. The manager argued with me about where to park the loaner vehicle. I told him there was no where to park and tried to give him the keys to park it. He says if I don't follow instructions next time, I will not be allowed to come there. Very terrible service.
This was my second car purchase from this dealership. I could not have been made more comfortable than I was. Mark "The Pie Guy" was my salesman. He was sincere, realistic, and really worked with me and the financing. They really do put a huge effort to getting you a car regardless your situation. This was the case the first time and the second. I love the KIA brand of cars and that's part of the reason I came back as well. I also want to say behind the scenes that the finance team is top notch as well and really worked hard too and offered some sage wisdom toward my future purchases. Thank you Sansone Jr's. team! Michael Small called me shortly thereafter and we agreed timing. The car was ready upon my arrival right up front. We test drove after quick look over. Once inside we agreed price, straightforward as to flexibility. All paperwork, insurance and finance was completed quickly with no obstacles. All warranty details explained. I was on my way home in record time for my past experiences. Highly recommended for your next Nissan purchase.

NEVER fails with Sansone I swear! I got an email about a 60K mile service needing to be done so I called in to schedule an appointment. Thank god I asked how much the service bill runs for because I would have gotten there and got slapped with a 400$ bill after everything was done for services that barely even add up to 100$ ... They really know how to get you ... Don't you think that for services that cost almost 400$ the dealership should disclose that to you as you make the appointment? NO, because that's how they get you ... I work for Honda and had everything done at my job for 100$ !!! Bad enough that I would never buy from Sansone again since I got ripped off completely and was sold a used car that was reported stolen and impounded but I won't be coming here for service anymore either .... I honestly don't even know how they haven't gotten shut down yet clearly Nissan/KIA isn't as smart as Ford because Ford shut them down years ago !

They hang up on me soon as I mention that im returning a lease. And when I try to call back after they hang up without even saying anything. When they tell you that "you can return your car at any Nissan dealership" that is just a lie. They make it hard for you to return a car because they want you to give up and bring it to a different dealership. Because they dont want to deal with their own car.
I walked in to Sansone s Jr. Rt 66 after being in a horrific accident. My van was totaled by a drunk driver the night before Thanksgiving. Being the holiday season I had an excessive amount of stress. My husband and I walked in as strangers and left as friends. Gavin went all through my options, was honest and gave me exceptional service. Never did I feel pressured or mislead. Mr. Gatta has earn my trust and loyalty. We will never consider going anywhere else no matter what kind of vehicle we are in the market for. Gavin worked with our financial issues and that department was amazing as well. I have the security and safety I need for my family. I couldn t be more grateful.

I had a great experience with having my car serviced. Brooke was very helpful to me. She helped me with finding my mileage on my car. ( I had no idea were that was ) She helped get me situated. I will enjoy my next experience there.
Although the service was quick and efficient I was disappointed in their payment processing. Firstly they wouldn t accept an expired Sansone Gift Card I got for being a valued customer. And secondly had to pay a card processing fee. It would be easier for me to go closer to home and pay a cheaper price with the same quality.
Even though I went in the early afternoon and a sign was posted stating that Express service wait time was 90 minutes, Angela had me out in less that an hour with my car which was not only serviced but washed and vacuumed. A very pleasant surprise!

I WOULD NEVER GO TO A ANOTHER SANSONE DEALERSHIP scam artist and unprofessional is all I can say I waited there for 5 hours on a friday for them to tell me they needed more time to get a answer from the bank (lies) then my husband called Saturday the deal changed from down payment from 1000 to 2500 then they wouldn't even call us back with a explanation we called again the down payment jumped from 2500 to 1000 to 2000 then it jump to 4000 to 3500 do not go here and waist your time when people lie nothing make sense they wanted that much down but my monthly payment was still the same in fact it went up by 10 dollars really ?????
That was beyond expectations! I went there to talk about a heavy rate from my bank; then, they worked with me, I had a better rate from their own finance. I was so excited when Wendy Galdamez, told me that you are going home today with your new car. I said what? Wow! The down payment that I had in my pocket was enough to make the deal; the same down payment was 70% low to be qualified from my own bank.
Sales associate Audra Stewart called because our lease was 3 months from ending and it's Nissan's fiscal year end. Offered to do better than the same deal we had and get us in a new Nissan Rogue, same car. We drove an hour down and all of a sudden, they can't do the same terms. Not surprisingly, this was a total lie. They couldn't even come close to that. After 4 counter offers from the sales manager with each subsequent offer being more money overall, we walked out. Went to Freehold Nissan and got the deal we wanted. Liars and a waste of time.
Anibal is by far the best salesman to give the best experience in purchasing a car. The process was so simple and not once did I feel pressured in buying. I always recommend my friends and family to him because I know they are in good hands.

Terrible Corporation! Purchase a used vehicle a little over a year ago with the extended warranty and have nothing but problems with the vehicle. It's like a joke going between the repair department at sandstone and the warranty company. They keep changing their mind on what it is that the problem is and if it is covered or not. They are just trying to break me down so I have to get another vehicle because they sold me a lemon!
