I entered this dealership on a fluke about 3 years ago. I walked out with a brand new lease. I traded that lease in this week for another brand new SUV. Sansone Jr. is the best. I am hooked and I will only deal with this dealership from now on. The people are great very friendly, and not pushy. One can relax and car buy. Kudos to this team of workers. Gavin my salesman was extremely pleasant. Tim the financial man made finalizing my deal a very smooth transition. My car is awesome.

Jay Herowanto is My Service Advisor and I feel as though We are Friends after the last 4 Years of Coming to Kia66. I am Never "Sold" any service that is Not Reasonable and/or Necessary. Always Offered Transportation or Shuttle service, If I stay in Waiting Room the Coffee and Pastries, TV, Free WIFI, Newspapers and Computer ports help My Wait. I've never Waited more than just over an Hour for Service if longer I am Offered alternatives as Above. For just an Oil Change I can Just Drive Right in without an appointment and Not have to Wait for service. I will not Ever take My Kia to anyone else.

Horrible service within one month i had to bring my car back 4 times soent 1223 and the problem still isnt fixed. They caused more problems tgen my car had. Now my car is pulling in to much air.

Vehicle was in for an oil service. My car was in and out, and returned cleaner than the way it was brought into the dealership.

I wasn t having any luck on finding a new car before my lease was up. I thought I would give another Nissan dealership a shot since my current one was no help. I came in last minute and got George Bannon as my salesman. I did not expect to leave there that day & getting the car I wanted with staying as close as I could get to my current payment! George was stress free, not pushy, tried hard to get me what I wanted and he succeeded! Thank you for all your help, I love my new 2019 Altima!

I was promised a part that was in order. I was promised this part when I picked up the car 6 months ago. I didn't call because of covird19 . But when I did call I got the run around and Oscar let me hang for weeks so the time would pass . He was talking over me and he had given me 10 excuses why he didn't want to do what he said. They used covird19 as an excuse and it is discusting. Didn't nor don't care for there service in any way. They don't do what they say they will.

I must say I feel I got a very good deal. The salesman Ernesto Rodriquez was personable, not pushy and just a nice guy. The guys at the dealership really got a kick out of my mom. I would and will recommend them to my friends.

I walked in looking to test drive a vehicle and get an appraisal on my trade in and ended up leaving with a brand new vehicle. Unlike a lot of car dealerships, my salesman Mark "The Pie Guy" was not pushy or aggressive with the sale. The entire process was smooth and at no point did I feel strong-armed into making a decision. Hopefully my experiences with my new vehicle are as good as my experience was with the sales staff at Sansone Jr. Kia. The complimentary pie tasted pretty good too....

They wont even guide you through the problem. Soon as they find out there is no money to be made for them.

I was swindled by this place and cant help but feel all these reviews are plants !!! First off they called me in to do a trade and put me in a upside down loan . Second I recently leased a car from a reputable dealer in cherry hill nj ..cherry hill nissan and have been waiting over 6 weeks for my gap refund of over $400.00 Today they told me the gentleman that was helping me quit last night and now I am back to leaving voice mails that no one returns !! I am so livid I am going to call action news !!!!! TERESA CERINI

I never had more of an easy and pleasant experience when purchasing a car! My saleswoman Melissa was so great to work with and I highly recommend her! There was none of that sitting there for hours on end going back and forth either and the rest of the friendly staff made the whole experience that much nicer along with the fair pricing!

I was contacted by the dealership regarding a recall, and told them I can only drop off the car if a loaner is provided. I was assured it would be available. Confirmed again on day of appointment. Worked my whole day around the appointment. When I showed up, I was told we don't give loaner cars for recalls. They wouldn't own up to the fact that they confirmed loan car twice. When the left hand doesn't know what the right hand issued doing, stay away...

They make you lease a vehicle and that's not the best thing to do, you get limited miles per month, plus they won't tell you that!

I recently leased a 2014 Nissan Rogue which will make the 11th car I've brought approximately in the past 20 years since I was fresh out of high school and all I can say is this was by far the easiest, most relaxing and friendliest car buying experience I've ever had. The dealer's policy is to make sure you're happy and they stand by that 100%. I test drove about 6 different cars before I settled and even took a few of them home for the day to make sure it's the one I wanted before the deal was finalized. Sonny and Karen were my sales reps and they were so great. They didn't put any pressure on me to buy a car from them, they brought me car after car to check out and test drive over and over and fed my indecisiveness until I was happy. They were friendly, professional, honest and went to bat for me to get me the price I was comfortable with. None of that I'll be right back, come back with a manager to ask me if I like the car if so then what's the problem, are you gonna take the car today if we can make the deal, and all that common nonsense. The only time I met someone else was when Mr. Sansone himself was walking around the showroom introducing himself to everyone and even asked if I was being taken care of. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family in the future and who knows, I may be back at the end of my lease to get something else from them if possible.

The professionalism, patience and insane wealth of knowledge my salesman Zachary Reiss possessed during my car buying experience is completely unmatched. Long story short I came in to look at a used vehicle, I then looked at a new vehicle and then another and then another, I wasted alot of time being extremely indecisive while Zachary cordially explained all the ins and out, pros and cons of the deals we kept coming up with. Even when we were $100's apart on monthly payments, he hunkered down and kept crunching and crunching. In my life I have had 12 new cars, I dealt with over 100 different sales people, however this guy has blown them out of the water and then some. Honest, efficient and trustworthy and actually knows the product. He isn't your typical fly by night salesman killing time at a dealership making a few bucks. In the end he convinced me on leasing a brand new 2018 Nissan Armada.

I was car searching with specific total and monthly cost in mind. After sitting down with the "dealer" for a little and going over prices for Rogue and Pathfinder, he came back with "my best option" being to lease-to-buy a base model Rogue (no features) at over $340 a month. The total cost would've ended up being over $34k to buy the car when all said and done. He then proceeded to tell me that I could only get $1,000 back for my 2003 Nissan Altima, and that I was "lucky to even get that". Never been more insulted shopping for anything. I ended up getting a brand new Chevy Traverse for close to $10k less than a Rogue, and they also gave me $4,200 on the Altima. Its an anamoly that this place is even still in business. If you're car shopping, avoid this place at all cost. Only visit if you're in need of some quality entertainment, I've only seen more Dueshbags in one place on the Jersey Shore (the TV show, not the actual beach).
