Jon Wayne sent Tom out to do the yearly service of our Heating and Air conditioner. He did an excellent job, I asked many questions and he not only answered them but showed and explained what he was doing. I would recommend Jon Wayne to anyone!!

I m not a big fan of their services. The technicians are all nice but they give us different diagnoses every visit. Some say the unit will last some say it won t. It s highly overpriced service. Definitely shop around. I won t be a returning customer.
I give their phone staff 5 stars for quick response and keeping in touch with me throughout the day because the tech was running 2.5 hours behind. But when he got here he said all the copper tubing in my house had to be replaced because it was too short to cut and make a new flared end to stop the leak and said he could not refill the coolant because I didn't have the right connection to refill. Quoted me over $1900. The next day I had a different company come out. They cut the end and created a new flared end and refilled my coolant using my existing connection and charged me $400.
Outstanding work from Mr Robert he did an excellent job in finding the problem and fixing it I would recommend John Wayne service to everybody especially when they have people like Robert they go out of their way to fix the problem and make the customers life easier especially senior citizens like me that was very helpful thank you thank you very much from one happy customer Michael A Barrera

After having a different company come out and inspect an issue related to the heating in my house, and that companies response being "buy a new unit", John Wayne was a breath of fresh air in all regards.
They communicated when their tech would arrive, he showed up and was completely professional, immediately saw a key contributer to my problem, gave me an estimate on how much it would be for him to fix it, but was honest and said I could save a lot of money, if I did it myself, and gave me a rough idea how to do so. He inspected the inside unit, gave me further advice for the issue, and was on his way.
Will definitely call back for any future problems I may encounter.
Initially my very first experience with Jon Wayne was not a good one. An employee (she knows who she is) contacted me to cancel my scheduled appoint well into its time frame, plus the associate was very dismissive. However, I called back the next day and spoke with Brittney. What a difference a day and a different associate made. She was very pleasant, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Then James Taylor the electrician, came out and gave us an estimate. James by far exceeded our expectations. James was very informative and friendly. I called about a leaking AC and the gentleman who came out was very polite, professional and finished the work quickly. He took time to explain what he did as well as some other things I might need to keep an eye on.
Both the sales rep and the service technicians were top notch. Sales rep laid out all options and let me decide without pressuring to choose more expensive options. Technicians did job quickly and efficiently and left no mess.

I took advantage of a $59.00 maint/tuneup. AC and Heating worked as expected flawlessly for 6 years that we have owned our home. James was awesome with a great personality. He stated that our 13 yr old system was in great shape and at about 1/2 life. We felt very fortunate. The next morning the fan motor did not work. I texted James and he said he had the same issue with the fan and that the tstat may be causing this and that it had to be on just right. We called a 2nd rep out the next day. Noe stated the fan was no good. He did not charge us for the call but sent a quote of $1691.00! I look up motors and they range any where from $200 to $500. Noe and James were awesome! But, I no longer feel fortunate and get the feeling I should have never had a tune up.
When my air conditioning went out on a Sunday morning, John Wayne was able to send a technician within an hour. Ruben was professional wore a mask and was able to solve the issue. A very positive interaction. I will use them for future issues and preventative maintenance.

Our service call was absolutely wonderful. Our service guy Paul was awesome! He was very professional and informative about our service today. He did all his checks and found some minor issues before they became bigger issues and corrected the problem. Great asset to the company!
I ve use John Wayne in the past I can always count on their service and their technicians to do the right thing and they re very good about giving you options for what you can afford at the time or not what s crucial at the moment what s not crucial we can be done at a later time that s why I don t trust anybody else but them to help me with services with electric plumbing or AC
At about 3:30 PM of Monday, December 14, 20 an "HVAC Design Consultant" came to my house with what only can be described as Mickey mouse mask which, on top of being totally worthless and loose, kept falling under his nose. He did little to correct the situation and took over 20 minutes on his notebook to write a simple 4 ft replacement of an A/C duct. Upon calling the office, the manager I spoke with, who did not release his name, told me all the employees received a N95 mask. Upon asking him to describe an N95 mask, he said there was a "valve" in it. Of course I knew immediately he was lying. Please make sure that such people who disregard the health of customers are not allowed in your house. As of this writing of mine, 300,420 people have died of covid-19 and 16,420,309. Such blatant disrespect for the life and death issues we are facing must be taken seriously.

Jake Pettit was very professional and recommended the best option to repair or replace the ac unit. We had already called two different AC companies to give us a quote and did not show up or give us the courtesy that they were not going to make it. Highly recommended. The company really looks out and takes care of their customers.
Had them do a heating tune-up on my first ever home, which I bought a few months ago. Professional, prompt, and gave me LOTS of information. They re very knowledgeable and don t try to push sales or anything. At the end of the inspection, they give you everything that needs to be done by order of priority, but they don t make you feel like you need to do it immediately or pressure you or anything, which is really nice. I ll use them again!

5/8/2020 It was a Sunday and right in the middle of the Covid-19 National Health Emergency. My Upper AC inside unit was in need of a evaluation from an HVAC technician. I had hired John Wayne Services previously past two plus years to do annual maintenance on my AC units, it was a pricey maintenance visit x 2 but I based on decision on their commercials which stated they were more expensive than the other AC business because they are better???? I DISAGREE Totally now. I scheduled with the automated operator option to come by on Monday day following to evaluate and fix. John Wayne Technician (Andrew) came by on Monday at scheduled time frame and did his Technician thing with connecting his equipment and evaluating that my 2nd Floor unit had a leak in the coil bed with the oil leaking out in the middle of the coil bed. I pride myself on not being totally ignorant about things in life so I do know some basics about AC / HVAC units. The refrigerant is put in as a gas per pound into the unit and when there is a leak it comes out in an oil like substance and the coils on my unit showed it had a leak in the middle of the coil. Andrew the technician who was a new technician who had just graduated from John Wayne technician academy in February and this is now May, so his tenure was very new and in most business's a new employee is not usually put out in the field to handle customer calls by himself without a subject matter expert to accompany him for situational awareness situations. Andrew was sent to my house by himself, and his own admission he had not done this trade previously so there you go. Mr. Andrew advised me from his technical expertise that my coil was in need of replacement and that would cost approximately $3500.00 dollars to replace and warranty. His alternative solution was to do what is called by John Wayne Services as a "Band Aid" solution which entailed a sealant into the AC system with a Refrigerant refill of $90 plus dollars per pound of Refrigerant 410a which is the type of refrigerant my unit takes. FYI, Refrigerant cost in today's market costs approximately $100 for a 25 pound bottle of Refrigerant. So John Wayne Services was charging me approximately $90 plus dollars for each pound of refrigerant to go into my system along with the cost of the so called Band Aid fix it sealant. The Technician Andrew stated that the Band Aid fix option that I chose should last me at least a year or maybe years??? Andrew did his Band Aid fix to my AC unit with an 8 pound Refrigerant fill at $90 per pound plus labor $29 service call fee, plus assured me verbally that this Band Aid fix would last at the least 30 days with a Warranty for refrigerant. I was made to believe that the with the 30 day warranty and the fix I would be good for at least 30 days to a Year with this so-called Band Aid service and I went with that option. The technician left my home with his technical results showing my inside unit was working and cooling with 8 pounds of refrigerant and sealant to prevent leakage to report back to home base. Within 12 hours of doing his repair to my coil leak, ALL of Refrigerant had leaked out of unit and my AC unit was pushing out hot air out of my upstairs AC unit. I understand when something is broken and needs replacement, that's it. In this situation the technician Andrew stated falsely that my units was good with the solutions that he had applied to my unit and guaranteed his work with a John Wayne Warranty for services rendered to a tenured customer of 2 years approximately. So i was misled in my services and realized this at this point where my unit leaked out all the refrigerant and the Band Aid fix was unsuccessful. The technician Andrew came back two days later with no leadership to help with my situation and the Manager Jason totally disregarded my request for a full refund of failed services rendered. Mr. Jason was extremely rude, unprofessional and showed ZERO customer service qualities.
Michael N was out today to my house to install a Nest tstat & was so professional, friendly and informative. Overall 5 Star Service & would highly recommend Jon Wayne Service Company!
Annual air condition check up. Was greatly appreciative of Travis Eigner notifying me of some water (roof leak) visibility while up in the attic. We've been using your services for a good many years and we've always been extremely pleased. We needed to stop due to our house fire and we had asked our contractor if y'all could replace our heat pump,compressor and garbage disposal but that didn't happen. After they installed my duct work i inspected the grills .Gaps around the ducts where they come through the ceings and Wall. So i had too tape up around them to keep attic filth and bugs out. They also added another air return and simply screwed it to the sheetrock wall. Not filling in the wall space. So i added edge metal to reonforce them. I know it is very hot up in the attic but not an excuse for sloppy work. I have dealt with many S.A. HVAC companies they are all the same. High prices amd average workmanship.
update Nov. 9 2020: The Service Finance co. that they use is a joke! Never finance through them ever. I have yet to receive a statement from them and are extremely unhelpful and just a scam to get fees. This Service Finance co. has all one star reviews, actually posters would prefer to give negative stars. Just say no!
jon wayne saved us repaired our leaking air ducts after aramendia refused to help us. even though aramendia installed new ac unit and did shotty work jon wayne fixed aramendias screw ups that i seen first hand. dont call anyone but jon wayne their the best and honest

I was having issues with my system and as a new homeowner I was worried. I called them up and explained to them what was going on. They had someone out here that same day within a few hours. The repair took two days; however, they were very forthcoming with the issue and the explanations as to what was going on. Compressor went out on our outdoor unit. We had been without AC for 3 days. They came to repair, however, the unit would need to be replaced and the replacement wouldn't arrive till Monday and we are sitting Wednesday. They brought window units for the time being. To their credit and great customer service, the managed to get the unit to us on Friday and came first thing in the morning to get it fixed. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service and their immediate response time to our dire situation.
Great customer service! I actually needed service for my AC on a holiday and was treated as a top priority without an added cost. My technician Cliff was first class! He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and was very professional.

I was very impressed with the technician on site John ,he was very courteous and explained step by step everything he was doing to our unit inside and out he was very thorough as well ,we appreciate the service received.
Scheduled two service appointments (A/C and plumbing) for the same date/time (8:00a - 10:00a window). A/C Tech showed up on time, completed the work, told me what he did. No issues there.
Got a call at 8:15 that same morning to tell me the plumbers were late due to another job. Said they'd be a few hours late... how are you late for the first job of the day?
At 2:00p, still no word, so I called and was told it would be another couple hours still. At 4:30p I called again, and they said they'd be out "some time today". So I asked to reschedule for the next day, and then got a four hour time window instead of two.
Not pleased that I rearranged my entire day to wait on these guys, and then they act like I'm inconveniencing them when I finally tell them to reschedule.
They finally did show up today, and WOW what they charge is significantly higher than other estimates I received. $298 to tighten a toilet. Yes, you read that right $298. Another $298 to clear a slow draining sink. Another $298 to clear a slow draining tub, that ties into the same drain line as the sink. $958 to replace a shutoff valve that was already in place.
We told them that this was part of a pending home sale, and they still included a yearly membership to their 'Rescue Club' membership for $179.
Do your homework, find another company to do your plumbing repairs.
We bought a new system several years ago from Jon Wayne. We have been totally happy with the choice we made. We are extremely grateful for their service which we get twice a year on our system. They are always prompt, very courteous and always correctly fix the issues. There has only been one time when a new person with the company came out. The first one was not able to fix the issue so they sent a second technician out. He also was not sure what to do but he called a more seasoned technician to help him and was able to resolve the issue.
I would recommend Jon Wayne to anyone. Especially if you want good prompt service.
Jon Wayne sent two of their best guys to my house. John and Tony were friendly, on time, and up front about everything my house needed. They both took the time to explain to me everything they were doing and needed to do. John helped me apply for financing and Tony was able to find a plan that fit within the amount I was approved for. As my credit and finances increase I will continue to call on Jon Wayne for future upgrades to my home.
Steve and his partner were terrific!!! I showed them the issue and they provided me options!!! Having options is a fantastic product!!! Joshua and Rick were very informative. I'm not an electrician, so I wouldn't be able to say if they were thorough, but they explained what they were doing and what they found. Options were detailed and financing was provided. I'm excited about Jon Wayne doing my work since my past experience with heating and AC has been very good.
John arrived within the timeframe given over the phone the day before. The service was excellent and our air conditioner was repaired in less than an hour.
I booked my second reasonably large job with them. Same pleasant experience as the first time. They aren't the cheapest but do excellent work and they communicate with you all along the way.

For starters, Carlo was super nice right out the gate. Informed us that he would be in and out as he was running tests on our unit. Throughout his multiple tests he would stop to inform us of anything he had found right away & to make matters even better. He fixed our NEST AC that CPS Energy installed but couldn t fix . Jackie Buck did a superb job of conducting the annual inspection of our HVAC system, plumbing and electrical systems and replacing the HVAC filter, 24/7 bulb and photo max.

The tech James Taylor was very friendly. He explained all the work that we might need to get done. He also helped us with different options that would work for us. The people that work with this company are very friendly and understanding.
A different AC company said that my AC compressor was trashed and would need replacement witch would have cost a couple thousand dollars. John Wayne's service tech Levi said that an add on part would probably fix my issue for a fraction of the price. I appreciate the honesty and great service and you can bet that when I need my AC unit replaced I will definitely use this company. The technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly!

Our repairman, Travis Danner, reinstalled a toilet and hooked up a sink in the same bathroom. He went out of his way to let us know what was going on with the installations but also any problems he encountered. He did an excellent job and would highly recommend to any future customers.

It has been a week already and I'm still waiting on my quote for an ac unit. I was only told that they start at $7,500. I need a quote to take money out of 401k. I recieved a call on Thursday asking my experience with John wayne and I informed the operator that I am still waiting for a quote. I still have not recieved my quote.
