For starters, Carlo was super nice right out the gate. Informed us that he would be in and out as he was running tests on our unit. Throughout his multiple tests he would stop to inform us of anything he had found right away & to make matters even better. He fixed our NEST AC that CPS Energy installed but couldn t fix . Just goes to show great work ethic & great attitude make a difference !
