Compressor went out on our outdoor unit. We had been without AC for 3 days. They came to repair, however, the unit would need to be replaced and the replacement wouldn't arrive till Monday and we are sitting Wednesday. They brought window units for the time being. To their credit and great customer service, the managed to get the unit to us on Friday and came first thing in the morning to get it fixed. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service and their immediate response time to our dire situation.
