Steve and his partner were terrific!!! I showed them the issue and they provided me options!!! Having options is a fantastic product!!! I was also told the cost up front and that was very nice to know!! I was told about their Rescue Club Service Plan!!! It is a good thing to have and appreciate Steve informing me about it!!!
