Jaime Centeno was excellent! Great Customer Service! Arrived on time and called before he came out. He got on top of the roof and checked the HVAC system for rproblem. Found problem, gave us estimates! Waiting on insurance adjusters to come out ! He also checked out other things with the unit! He did an excellent job! We will continue to use John Moore because of excellent service they provide! There service to repair with their warranty put in place really helps the Customer! Thank you John Moore for excellent employees!

I called them to get their free estimate on a new ac unit. I was informed that there would be a 65.00 dollar trip charge for them to come out to get my free estimate. I asked why are you charging me when it is supposed to be free. They said if I went with them on the ac unit they would wave the charge. That's not free it's false advertising. I will never call them again.

We are very pleased with the John Moore team that updated my bathroom with a new tub and tile installation. Nelson Pena was the last of the team to re-construct the wall and finish the tub installation. He did an excellent job with the tile/tub installation. Thank you John Moore.

Had a problem with the bathtub plumbing. When we turned on the shower the pipes would shake. John Moore quoted us $1900 and said that it's a 3 person job that will take all day and that they had to take apart shower tiles etc. We called another plumber who quoted us $175 and fixed the problem in less than an hour by himself!!!! The only problem was that we needed new shower fixtures. He warned us that John Moore has a lot of lawsuits because of their unfair practices.

I saw their commercial and thought I would give them a try for a free plumbing estimate. They gave me a time and date and never showed up. When I called to see why their excuse I was on the next date schedule. Wow really I wanted to waste my time waiting for them in the specific date THEY gave me. If this is the representation of getting a new client they already lost one.

Since it was determined we originally used another company and the water heater was still under their warranty, to save money, we went with the other company for water heater replacement. In the future, due to professionalism and courtesy, we will contact this company for other plumbing issues.

I have used John Moore on several occasions, including replacing my A/C and furnace, and have been pleased with the work. The work has always been done on time and within the estimate, and all of the employees have been prompt, courteous and efficient, from scheduling to estimate to work to cleanup. I recommend them and would use them again.

He then followed up with an estimate and timing for replacement of all galvanized pipe (which we had planned before the big freeze). The quotes that I was given by this company were disappointingly high, as in 3-4 times higher than what I got from everywhere else kind of high (elevating the cost from approximately $5,000 into the $20,000 range).

It's not that their diagnosis was incorrect (indeed, subsequent diagnoses have been right on target), but I am of the opinion that not only did they try to sell more than was needed to fix the problem, but at much higher prices than was reasonable.

A company representative can be seen responding to many of these reviews, stating that they always offer customers low, mid, and high range quotes (Immediate Fix, Better Option, Best Option). This appears to be true (from my experience), but is falsely representative of their lack of reasonable pricing. Even their default low quote was approximately 2.5 to 3 times higher than market average. By my web research they are charging far over average market price on HVAC parts and modules.

I don't believe that this company has the best interests of the customer at heart. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere and save yourself a good deal of money.

HVAC system found to be not operational due to diagnostic component failure. Mr Mufasta explained the situation and offered several resolution possibilities. He was very professional and took his role very seriously, but also with a personal and reassuring attitude to find the best solution with the most benefit to our home. We appreciated his analysis and recommendation.

Mr David Beard was so awesome . He did not laugh at the fact that my kitchen light had been on for awhile and would not shut off, Ok 3 years and I called no one to fix.

David told me what the problem was. He fixed it and performed a diagnostic.

When I'm ready I'll call him back to do other needed work.

Mr. Reginald Kiser Jr was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed to repair.

He inspected and completed the job in such a short time span. He educated me on the pipes and why they needed to be switched out.

He called others to schedule more inspection work. His calm demeanor kept me from being overwhelmed.

Overpriced!!!!! Claims to be by the book but seems to be the most expensive and not necessarily the best or economical options for their client. Really wanted to replace entire unit with most expensive brands when unit could have been repaired. A true waste of time and money. Will NOT ever call again or recommend them to anyone.

John Moore came out for a water line issue. They offered a free pest inspection with the service. The inspector was here early the next day and found termites. While the termites were treated, they found water corrosion on the pipes in attic due to the age of my house. John Moore offered a flexible payment option due to medical bills and were very generous. All of their employees were great to work with for these issues. I have received multiple follow up calls to check on the services preformed.

The technician was on time, courteous, pleasant, and knew what he was doing. I had diagnosed the problem, so all he had to do was run a snake down the condenser pan drain line to fix it. It took him about ten minutes. No more seepage, or condensation in the duct. The only negative point that I might cite is, the service call was a little, " Pricey," for ten minutes of labor, and running a snake through a drain line..

I thought it would be pretty easy to call, schedule an appointment & have a rep out to tell me what I need, give me a quote & have a new ac system installed. I WAS WRONG..!

Instead, these guys wasted my time.. Twice.. and it won't happen again.. Hopefully you dont give them the opportunity to waste your time either..

I scheduled an appointment between 4 and 8. Then the technician called to say he wanted to reschedule my appt., due to other customers priorities that were more important. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED...!

An error I made, was calling the company back today, to see if I can get another appointment w another tech.. and I kid you not.. the representative tells me they can not install new duct work if the old duct work isn't still in place. Of course it's not there.. it was all flooded & removed during the demolition..

John Moore AC has wasted my time & lost another customer.. I'll go with a smaller company who actually has time for their customers..

The technicians arrived on time (before I was up even...lol) and started preparing promptly. They quickly got to work after they had laid out all of the tools and equipment needed to complete the job. They worked diligently to install the new water heater properly. A supervisor came over to inspect or check their work. The installation took maybe 2.5 hours or so. They were gone before 11AM.

Very very disappointed with the company. Bought a complete A/C unit less then 4 years ago for almost 8k. The compressor went out apparently few days ago. The tech stated that we have a 10 year warranty on the part and then came back and quoted us $2100 to replace it! Really, seriously!?!? What kind of a business practice is this?! So John Moore is charging $1000/hour for Labour to do a 2 hour job??!! The part being under warranty is complete b/s, they practically make you pay for the new compressor under "labour" and think people are stupid?!?
Did not allow to complete the job and will never work with them again!

Found the tech to be knowledgeable with AC unit. I appreciated the suggestions on ways to improve the HVAC system without selling more service to me. Also appreciated the fact that he was not in a hurry to go to the next appointment and took a little extra time to look over the whole system. He even suggested that the attic insulation could be improved and that a DIY person could do inexpensively by getting the supplies and equipment from Home Depot.

These things that he did gave his service more value to me as a consumer.

Very respectful and took time to show me the problem with my ac. Definitely a go to for ac.

Sadly I also wanted to get a qoute to get my roof done and the first time they never emailed me a quote after the tech told me I do not need to be there. Two days later I call to see about it and the company told me yes I had to be there. So another appointment made and drive the hour to wait around the town that the house is in for four hours just to get another call saying I dont need to be there and he sent me the first quote... 20000 more than all my other quotes! The ac guy was amazing but don't think I will be contacting them for anymore stuff.

This was the best in-home service that I have experienced ever!! I just purchased my home and the appliances were newly installed, however, apparently poorly and improperly installed. The technician was extremely pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. The overall charge was so low that I was in disbelief. I will definitely use John Moore again and have already recommended the company to others!
