My next steps are getting a new AC, and then plumbing, insulation, sheetrock & paint..
I thought it would be pretty easy to call, schedule an appointment & have a rep out to tell me what I need, give me a quote & have a new ac system installed. I WAS WRONG..!
Instead, these guys wasted my time.. Twice.. and it won't happen again.. Hopefully you dont give them the opportunity to waste your time either..
I scheduled an appointment between 4 and 8. Then the technician called to say he wanted to reschedule my appt., due to other customers priorities that were more important. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED...!
An error I made, was calling the company back today, to see if I can get another appointment w another tech.. and I kid you not.. the representative tells me they can not install new duct work if the old duct work isn't still in place. Of course it's not there.. it was all flooded & removed during the demolition..
John Moore AC has wasted my time & lost another customer.. I'll go with a smaller company who actually has time for their customers..
"Cant reinstall new duct work bc the old isn't there anymore".... that's what ac companies do.. idiots..
